This is my fourth website and I have experience with website designers and developers. Designcater are using very professional and knowledgeable personnel.

I used them for my logo design, my stationary, the design of a flyer, proofreading of my website content, an animated logo, web design and development. So far, I am extremely satisfied. Just had a bit of dragging for the website development because of some people who got sick during my project but otherwise, they did a really good job.

So, if you choose to go with them, be sure you will be in good hands. Connect first with Martin or Walter, they will explain to you everything and talked about pricing. They usually recommend 3 or more draft designs until you are 100% satisfied. They are pretty quick for the design part. They also purchase images from Shutterstock for your website to make it more professional.

I have also chosen them to host my website and got an amazing price for the yearly SEO.

If I could I'd give them no stars. Alan and his team were extremely hard to work with. After purchasing a premium package, not once was the project treated in a professional light. Alan and his team never honored my feedback nor requests, they simply did what they wanted and consistently offered the most generic Logo design. I spent a ton of time offering the same feedback hoping they would listen, but they did what they wanted. After requesting to cancel and get a refund about 5 times, they finally came back only offering a partial refund because they put work into the logos (even though I requested to stop working on this so that we can move on numerous times) Very poor quality– highly recommend you don't waste your time here. You're better off getting designs from Looka if you're looking for a basic logo design.
