It was a pleasure working with Design Cater. I worked with Jack Brown who took a in-depth look into the vision of my brand, and took the time to get to know me as a person. Through working with him the design team brought the vision to life with a logo that represents exactly what I was looking for.

Erwin Avi was very helpful and patient. He worked with me through each detail until the design was exactly what I wanted. Erwin also kept me updated along the way and helped me meet deadlines.

Design Cater did a fantastic job on my design request. They listened to my ideas and gave me a professional design that I was looking for. Great and easy to work with.

We were happy with the logo that they came up with, but the time it took to get the files back was about a month.

We work with Alan and he got the initial designs back relatively quick for us to review. We asked for a couple of changes and we’re pleased with the result. This process took about 6 days total. The company says they will give you files for the logo, stationary, letterhead, business cards, car sticker, etc… it took several days for Alan to get each item back to us. I didn’t understand why it took so long to do these things. It seems like a simple process once you have the logo to put it into files and send them to the person, but he managed to draw out this process for a month now and we are still waiting for everything to be done. The request to review the company was sent up front when we were first getting the intital logo approved, but we chose to wait until everything was done to do the review. I wonder if many of the other 5 star reviews were done by people in that initial stage before they had to wait for their product to be delivered for a substantial amount of time. Again, we are still waiting to be complete, but decided to write this review since we felt we had waited long enough and can see what we are having to deal with. Not sure if there will be a further delay after this review posts or not, but we will see.
Just think company false advertises how quickly everything will be done for you. If you don’t mind waiting for more than a month, than maybe your experience will be better. If on a time constraint, look elsewhere.

Jack Brown was great to work with. He kept in contact the whole time and was prompt with revisions. The team listened to exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend this company.

Consistent communications. Listen to revise and create new design concepts. Erwin has been a great help. He turns the requests around in a very timely manner.

If I could give this company a 0 star, I would. I can't believe how much-hidden money was spent on this website. I spent over $2,000 to start the website. After my website was finalized and "online," They emailed me a couple of weeks later saying: "Looks like your website isn't getting enough views...We can hook you up with a package to make it more noticeable," I was furious when I realized I was, overall, played. (The following package wasn't cheap, either like usual) They stated that building a website and maintaining a website are two different areas of expertise...Now I have a website that no one sees besides myself. Every time we got closer and closer to the finish line, they would hit me with: "Now we just need this amount of money to finish and make your website "better." I couldn't believe how much money I kept flipping to them. There's always a "one" time payment as well. Crooks. Anger is an understatement. On top, I couldn't even understand them, and they were never on time for any appointments THEY made either. If I had time and money, I would have taken further action against this company. I might still do so. Go somewhere professional and do your reviews when creating a website. Hard financial mistake learned.

Alan Harper was great to work with. He was friendly and kept in contact with me the whole time. We went through a few designs and came up with one I liked. If there is a need in the future for another logoI will come back and work with Alan and his team.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when asking for a company logo design, but in the end, got a better logo than I could’ve expected. The Project Manager Jack Brown ensured all details of the design were met, and it turned out great.
