They made a wonderful logo for our new company and know design well.

I am currently starting up a business and on November 11, 2022, I reached out to Desing Cater and was looking at getting a LOGO designed. I spoke with the online support, informed them of my needs, and they were very responsive. I ended up going with the Diamond package since they were promoting this package. I then spoke further with the sales agent about getting a Website design and ended up purchasing the CMS website package.

My LOGO project manager was Adam and the designs were amazing. This company does have some great artists that work there. They blew my expectations away. I chose a design that I liked and approved.

I then started dealing with Robert Jones on the Website design. This experience was absolutely horrible. I would highly recommend everyone to not use this company for Website Design. They were trying to get upcharges for things that I thought were included. The layout was in a foreign language (Maybe French) so I could not read the website. I didn't understand what information they needed from me since I couldn't read what was on the website. When I would ask them to change things I usually got a response were not at that phase of the project yet. The emails that I would receive from the project manager were not clear and I would have to respond to him that I do not understand what you were asking. The overall experience of dealing with the CMS website group was hard and I eventually just told them to cancel the project.

Fast forward to 2/3/2023 I finally reach out to customer support to let them know that I have not received the items that I purchased in the Diamond Package. The support team did immediately say that they would get those items approved and finished within 4-5 hours. I asked the support staff why has then not already been completed I approved the final design on 11/16/2022 and they did not provide me an answer.

I asked for help on the Website design side of the house and customer support told me that it was a different department and got a different manager involved.

I did speak with the website manager and informed him that I no longer cared to do business with this company and that I would like to cancel my project. All I really wanted to do was to leave a review so that future customers had some sort of idea of what they were getting into. Design Cater asks you do to reviews at the very beginning of the projects when they are communicating and trying to get more business from you. After you leave a 5-star review the start to lack in the communication area.

Again started the project on 11/14/22 final approval on 11/16/2022 and on 2/3/2023 have not received anything that was approved. And this is for the LOGO design side of the house.

As for the website design of the house, be carefule with this company. If you know nothing about web designs then this is not the company for you.

To be quite honest, I was a little skeptical about using this sight to start, but after reading reviews, I figured I’d give this website a shot. Alan Harper was assigned to creating my logo, and boy did he go above and beyond for me! He did whatever revisions I asked for and got back to me in such a timely manner.
