Great food, delivery rates policy could be improved…
I really appreciate the quality of food and the customer care service. I find expensive the delivery cost after 7:00 am and I would suggest a more fair delivery rates policy. The cost of delivery is 12 pounds per day: which means an extra 45% on top of the cost of the meal (calculated on the flexible menu daily cost)

In terms of the premium delivery service, we completely understand that this is an additional cost that may not suit everyone. The reason it's priced at £12 per day is to cover the costs of the courier and the 7am-10am time slot.
We will do everything we can to make the standard delivery time work for you! Please do keep in touch if we can alter your delivery instructions. We also have a lot of customers who provide us with fobs/keys to their buildings so if this is something that could work for you, please do let us know!

Nice and effective
The 3 day reset is very effective and had quite a good range of food options and every meal was quite filling. I did lose about 1.5kgs in the 3 days.

Few issues but food is tasty
So the food is great, really tasty. The box arrived as planned but there was no menu in it so I had to email to ask what I was meant to be eating on what day. Then one of the meals is missing and instead I've be given a soup in error. On the third day therefore my meals are a juice, soup for lunch and soup for dinner which for £40 is not great value and I will be rather hungry! Again I emailed and was offered £10 off next time I ordered which I'm afraid doesn't quite cut it!

I am sorry that there was no menu in your box, this is definitely something we are aware of and trying to improve for our customers on the 3-day reset. The reason there was no menu provided was because the menu changes frequently to give greater variety for our customers. I am glad we were able to respond to your email quickly and provide you with the menu.
That is frustrating for you that you received 2 soups. I can assure you that these errors are extremely rare and this would not happen again. I can see from your email exchange with our CS team that this has now been refunded for for so hopefully you feel as though this is resolved. However we will drop you an email as well just to make sure!

I’m very impressed…
I’m very pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quality of the product detox kitchen is shipping. They soups are tasty and very creative from a variety perspective. It makes it easy to do a detox with such fun food and easy to follow instructions

Did not enjoy a lot - doesn’t feel that healthy
Most meals come with rice or noodles which feels a bit unnecessary. A lot of the meals were kind of tasteless. Breakfast were too sweet.

Delicious and filling
I love Detox Kitchen - have done their meal plans quite a few times now and without fail they're fully delicious and filling (I'm an omnivore who loves their vegan plans). Such a treat every morning to open the door to the day's food. Something I happened to notice this week while looking at my stack of DK recyclable cardboard containers (tip: easier to rip off the film lining if you slight wet the corner), is that I have about 20% of my usual rubbish in the kitchen bin - an added bonus :)

Not a good experience
Not a good experience. 3rd time customer. Food has gone downhill, felt like airplane food - packaging and taste. Ordered 5 day plan and then told no delivery at the weekend - so had 2 days of 'no plan' waste of money and time. Will look elsewhere next time.
Customer service unhelpful.

I am so sorry to hear that you were unimpressed with the food, we source the best ingredients available and all food is prepared the day before delivery to ensure it's as fresh as possible for your delivery each morning.
We also try and be as environmentally friendly as possible which is why we use that packaging, we are really passionate about using as little plastic as possible!
In terms of weekend deliveries, this is not something that is advertised or offered on our website, I am so sorry if this wasn't clear and you were mislead in anyway. There is a calendar where you select your days which will also have the weekends blocked off. We will of course double check our website here to make sure there are no errors.
If you ever have any queries at all, please do not hesitate to contact our CS team. There is always something we can do for you. One recommendation is to order the 3-day reset on Friday to get you through the weekend!

Delicious filling food and 5lbs weight loss!
I did the 3 day protein cleanse and I thought it was fab. The box was on the doorstep when I got up on the morning. I found it easy to follow but most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious and I didn't feel hungry at all. I lost 5lbs by the end of the 3 days and stopped feeling so bloated. It has kickstarted my motivation to eat more healthily. I will probably do another one in a couple of weeks time.

The standards have declined
The standards have declined. I used to do detox kitchen a few years ago and it was not bad - this time the food quality was not good and the booklet and instructions weren’t even sent in the box. I recommend doing deliveroo of Remedy Kitchen instead.

Disappointed
No menu provided in the box and the online menu didn't mirror what I received very different. No dates on food and one of the juices would be out of date. Quite disappointed for the price you pay

Good but frustrating
Food was okay.. the breakfast/snack and deserts where great.. unfortunately if you choose the vegan option you will get tofu twice in one day for both of your meals.
I loved the idea of having everything all prepped for you and it did stop me reaching for bad options however as much as the customer service was great and quick to respond almost everyday I had to complain with missing items or even a missing delivery all together.
Unfortunately we won’t be repeating our order due to to many let downs.
Small tweaks to the vegan meals being plant based with the occasional tofu dish and better packing/delivery service and this would be great.

Protein 3-day reset for the win.
Needed to give my body a break and this was the perfect solution. The meals are well balanced and super tasty and the juices are fantastic, pure health. Overall, a lot more filling than expected and not once was i hungry! Would highly recommend the protein 3-day reset.

The food was good and the box turned up…
The food was good and the box turned up as arranged. However, there was no leaflet inside the box, and too many of the same salads. There was no indicator of what was in any of the salads. I found the soup and the dahl delicious and well portioned. The "snack" crudites were limp and without vitamin or flavour, having been sitting around for 3-5 days. Could easily have done my own. A fair experience, but expensive.

3 day soup cleanse
3 day soup cleanse - juices are lovely and fresh tasting with a use by date on them. Soups tasted borderline going off and not fresh at all - was no use by date on them either.... My delivery was missing the teabags and one of the soup + choco milk which they did refund me for although it was disappointing at the time. The milk drinks tasted nice but again on the third day tasted going off. Need to work on the freshness/shelf life of soups+nut milks. Expensive hence overall I was not impressed.

I didn't like the fact that my meals…
I didn't like the fact that my meals didn't match with the menu and I didn't like two meals where exactly the same in just three days.
