I liked that the meals can be stored in…
I liked that the meals can be stored in the cupboard and quickly heated in the microwave.
The meals so far have been very brown in colour even the mash on top of the vegetarian cottage pie was brown. Off putting, but it didn't taste too bad.

Further to my review of yesterday
Further to my review of yesterday, I have read other reviews and it appears one gentleman is being allowed to return his delivery. Can I ask why one rule for one and another for others? I offered to return my unwanted, unopened delivery and pay the carriage costs but that wasn't agreed to. I was asked by Diet Chef to remove the name of the person whose review I referred to. I have done this but the injustice is still there!

The meals are excellent - a bit difficult to get the plastic cover removed, but a good helping of the varied meals.
The delivery service is very good, well packed, and delivered on time.
I wasn't able to continue after the three month contract, as the cost was too much for me to afford, once it returned to the full price, and it was simple to cancel any future orders.

I was stuck between Diet chef & Jane…
I was stuck between Diet chef & Jane plan.I didn’t know which to choose.Special offer on Diet chef so chose them!! My biggest regret!! Turned up it was like baby food absolutely awful!! Sent it back for full refund ( had to pay almost £14 refund too!!), Also sent things I didn’t even ask for plus 1 extra meal!! Awful!!!

Diet Chef was exactly what I needed to…
Diet Chef was exactly what I needed to start my weight loss. I was so stressed and mentally/physically sick, I couldn’t face cooking. The pre-delivered meals took away the need to make decisions, and investing a substantial amount on a monthly food order took away the temptation to buy anything else. The quality of the food I found to be consistent, and no issues with order accuracy. The only drawback I found was the carbohydrate/sugar content in the meals. My body just doesn’t do well on carbs; I tried to pick the highest protein and lowest carb options, but this was a struggle, particularly for the breakfasts. Nonetheless it was a fantastic kick-start to get me well enough to get my mental clarity back. I did Diet Chef for a total of 6 months (ended August 2025) and lost 3 stone in that time. Now having come off the program I’ve lost 4.5 stone and I’m almost at my goal weight. Thank you to the Diet Chef team.
