The staff were really helpful showing us different sofas that may have been of interest to us . Telling us about the sofa we brought. Our only downside was the price of the delivery it was nearly 50% of the cost of the sofa which we knew was in the sale . But £129 seem a dash too much .

Charlie at the Ashford Retail Park…
Charlie at the Ashford Retail Park branch was very helpful, showing myself and my friend the various power recliner chairs available and specifically those with lumbar support and tilting headrest for my friend.
I was so impressed with the power recliners available that I also ordered one for myself

Had a 2nd great experience at Ashford DFS, was offered hot drinks by Freddie, who clearly knows his stuff.
Gave us some great advice and tips when deciding to choose the right sofa for us.
He was so friendly, pleasant and funny.
Also has great shoes lol.
