I visited the store twice before ordering my furniture. Colene, my salesperson was very patient and gave me clear succinct information about the furniture and subsequent delivery. Can’t wait to get my furniture now.

Very happy with whole experience
Very happy with whole experience . We were left to look around and the offer of help was given but young woman stayed back until I asked for advice. The young woman was polite and very pleasant and definitely knew her stuff.

Amazing Service.
I experienced amazing service buying a new bed in Ayr today. The staff are lovely.
In particular, Marty. He was helpful to say the least, friendly but professional and one reason I would definitely recommend visiting this branch of DFS.

Staff very helpful was delivered a sofa that had to got straight back
