We have just bought furniture at dfs ayr was a great experience looked after very well everything explained & all done by a lovely lady who was very helpful.

I had the best experience. You have an employee called Marty from the Ayr store. Give that man a rise. He made our day, not only did he help us choose the perfect sofa he made me want to be his friend. Great guy. If I return I'll be asking for him

Great experience
Sales staff were knowledgeable about ranges and options and to be honest I was probably not the easiest customer but was dealt with excellently at all times.
After care, insurance etc all discussed and felt like it was not always just about the sale.
Showroom was clean and tidy and was offered a brew… overall an excellent experience.
