After spending a couple of hours disagreeing with my wife over what sofa to buy. Chelsea was the perfect sales advisor listening to both our needs and coming up with the right sofa which met both our needs.

Great customer service
The showroom was well set out and easy to look around. We were greeted warmly by our customer advisor Chelsea, who made us feel very welcome and had great product knowledge.
There was no pressure to buy, we were given time to decide what product we wanted.
No question was a problem and everything we asked was answered in detail.

Really happy with our customer experience at DFS New Malden.

Salesman was very informed. We bought 3 seater sofa. All costs explained clearly including delivery and aftercare package.
10-12 week lead time for delivery - standard for ordered sofas.
