Great customer service and staff very helpful

Upon entering the store, it was made very clear the location of types of sofas we were looking for. All staff were very polite. Never felt pressure to buy anything. Great to have customer toilets. Felt reassured of order being checked by another staff member.

Jonathan was very patient and showed me all the recliner chairs that were on express delivery. He explained the features and options well and didn’t try to rush me into a decision. He processed the paperwork quickly and let me know about the insurance and care options available. Excellent service with a smile!

Very good and very friendly person

Olga who helped me decide which bed settee and arm chair was the correct choice for me, was brilliant. I’ve spent many years working in retail including John Lewis so I’m really aware of what customer service is about, and I couldn’t fault her in any area. She was helpful but not pushy, she listened to what was important to me and guided me in the right direction .
I came away from my shopping experience ,feeling happy and confident in the choices I’d made .
This lady is a credit to your store.

when we walked in nobody pounced on us we walked around at leisure we was offered a drink when we was ready John told us about the furniture we was interested in we ended up buying it very good service

The sales person was great on my two visits. Sun 14th June Sandra who was helpful and showed me to the styles of sofa I had stated.
I returned on Tuesday 16th June to order and the sales man was also great.
Both were knowledgable, helpful, Friendly. The whole experience was relaxed no high pressure sales techniques and efficient .

Very easy to deal with and very clear on what is and isn't included.

Mohammad was very knowledgeable and did not do the hard sell, he told about our options and then left it to us to make the decision.

The salesman was on point and attentive to our requirements.
Firstly he allowed us to roam the shop floor as requested so that we could get the measure of all the sofas in the extensive range.
The salesman showed an admirable knowledge of the stock the coverings and all the price ranges.
