Sofa completely lost shape few weeks…
Sofa completely lost shape few weeks after delivery it looks terrible foam falling apart inside had 3 visits for repairs and now being told I can't have a replacement
Would never buy from DFS again using cheap material but charging thousands for sofas but when something goes wrong takes months to speak to a manager can honestly say I wish I never bought the sofa so disappointed init the quality is shocking
Save your money and go else where
Only option that was given to me was to allow another repair after I had already done so being told that was my only option

Entering your store my son & I received a very warm welcome & the assistant showed me to the item I was going to purchase, showed me the colours of which I chose a different one, went through a few things with me & the item was ordered for me.
