Samir, who helped us, was very nice and helpful. He explained all the options that we have and made our choice much easier. He is really nice, polite and helpful. He also answered all the questions Clearly and explained everything thoroughly.

Had a great experience with dfs
Had a great experience with dfs, Samir from the Westfield white city store was excellent throughout the few weeks we spent looking for our perfect sofas. He was patient, always had a solution for every issue we thought we may have, and was always welcoming. We are so excited waiting for our delivery date so we can enjoy our new sofas.
