Failure to deliver parcels is their speciality in the UK.
Order 13391822 claimed delivery at 14.26 today. Can't contact them as I am not vendor. Claim a good rating on Feefo but that is because unhappy customers at the end of their incompetence can't review them on Feefo.

I had to give one star because there is…

I had to give one star because there is no option for no stars. My parcel from LA wasn’t delivered. According to them it was delivered. No prove is given . No picture. Nothing.
I was at home all day.
No one to talk to. It’s a fraud and thieves company. I lost my money. Nothing can be done .

Torture - Avoid DHL at all costs

Torture: I'm not sure how I ended up with DHL eCommerce since I was simply trying to use DHL but this has been a total nightmare and it is ongoing. I see many others experience the same issues. Failed collection, endless automated loops when trying to escalate/resolve. No way out. A week later, I am about to book a collection by Royal Mail.

Terrible experience - 7 out of 8 parcels missing for 11 days

My shipment (60120240316564) consisted of 8 parcels. DHL delivered 1 parcel on April 21st but left the other 7 at the delivery depot for 11 days. Despite the tracking showing "at the delivery depot" repeatedly since April 16th, the customer service advisor told me they couldn't find any scans and forced me to ask the sender to initiate a "missing-parcel search".
It was only after the sender raised a "Formal Investigation" that the items were finally located and delivered. Extremely poor coordination and unhelpful customer support. If you have a multi-parcel delivery, be prepared for a nightmare.

Don't buy anything to be delivered by them

They gave me a window between 3pm and 4pm but at 3.04pm told me they had attempted delivery and no one was home. This is untrue. We were home and can clearly see delivery vans outside, plus we have a doorbell camera.

No phone number to speak to anyone and no further info. Ended up having to leave kids with a friend today and drive to a depot to pick the items up. Staff there just shrugged when I said we were home. Avoid these useless people.

Most probably the very worst delivery…

Most probably the very worst delivery company in the UK today, and with some of the others being real muppets, that really takes some effort to be classed as the worst.

I’ve had a number of parcels sent to me over the past six months, always the same. Notified by email, given an expected delivery time, say 15:00-16:00 and at 17:00 when you check you are told they are running late. Keep checking for the next 4-5 hours and you’re told the same thing, “Running Late”. You’re then sent an email at 22:30 to say that they tried to deliver earlier today at 12:00 and no one was in. Two people have been here all day waiting for the parcel which was urgent. Why say your running late for several hours and then say you tried to deliver. Absolutely bull crap lies. Total and complete jokers. Why people even think of using them I’ll never know. How DHL themselves don’t understand how these jokers are devaluing their name, I’ll never know either.

Abysmal service

The customer service is appalling; their courier delivered my parcel to the wrong address and even signed for it in my name without having a clue who’d authorised him to do so. Despite several attempts to contact customer service, the issue still hasn’t been resolved and will likely remain so. I’d advise everyone against using this company’s services – the service is absolutely dreadful.

Worest Delivery company ever

Failed delivery attempt claiming no one was home despite being sat in the house. The delivery attempt event map shows the location no where near the delivery address. Of course there is no way to contact a human at the company to discuss the issue, the automated system just hangs up after telling you delivery attempt failed. Worest service is have ever come across.

Valuable items are stolen from packages and replaced by trash of a similar weight.

Warning: Do not use this company - your items might be stolen.
I ordered headphones online, but I received the equivalent weight in dirty old paperback books. On closer inspection of the package, the tape on the bottom of the box had been carefully cut, and the box had been resealed. I contacted the seller, who agreed to send a replacement.
A couple of days later, I was home to receive the package directly from the courier, The tamper-proof tape had been cut, and the box had been haphazardly re-taped with clear tape. I opened the box to find another old paperback book.
I videoed the second delivery, from the courier leaving his van to him taking the package away again. So, DHLecommerce should be forced to compensate the seller, who will hopefully refund my payment.

Zero customer service

Originally scheduled for Tuesday 21st and i was notified between 5:27-6:27pm - delivery was attempted 6 hours earlier so it in . I have leave with neighbours selected but it wasnt left
Rearranged for yesterday 23rd when I would be working from home and I received notification it was delayed, no reason given and would be delivered today
I updated my preferences to say leave on doorstep as I am not at home today. I had no despatch notification, no time window and have just recieved a message to say the driver can't access the property which is strange as tuesdays delivery attempt there is a photo of my front door. Now expected Monday. I don't think it's even been loaded onto a van for today. Cant talk to anyone, tried whatspp and it's all just automated responses

Booked a collection and paid, its been 2 days now since they were supposed to have collected, there is absolutely no way of contact them, online requests including cancellation fail. Absolutely avoid!

Awful experience

Awful experience. Was not sure if dhl accepts my item so i had a chat with someone online on the dhl page and they told me its fine. They collected item but told me it was not collected and it will be done the following day. item was express next day but did not arrive at depot for collection 2 days later. When they brought out the package i could tell from the box that it has been damaged and when i opened it at the depot it was damaged. I was advised to put in a claim which i did only for them to to say item is part of prohibited list so no refund but they will refund postage as a gesture of goodwill smh. Even that i have still have to chase after them about that.

Don't use DHL

Don't use DHL - they collected a parcel that I was returning to a business. I check the tracking today and it says it has been delivered. But something has clearly gone wrong because 3 WEEKS LATER I am STILL receiving notifications from them saying that the parcel has been held up 24 hours and they will let me know when it gets delivered. It is ALREADY DELIVERED.
STOP sending me notifications almost daily.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful service from a company that provides zero customer support. I have been waiting all day for a delivery that should have arrived between 1330 and 1430. It is now 1730 and no sign of my parcel.
The DHL customer service is automated so that you are unable to obtain an update on the status of your delivery. All they provide is what you already know. You are unable to speak to a human despite what they say on their web site.
Absolutely appalling customer support.

Truly Shambolic ...

I'm not sure what is going on at this company but somebody at the top needs firing, pronto! I have used them previously for different retailers with far more positive results but this time was truly appalling. My parcels were perishable goods, from the same retailer whom I have used before, & it took DHL eCommerce three attempts over the Easter period to get a Premium 24 hour service option, delivered! The second parcel took FOUR days to deliver by which time the cheese, yes, these parcels contained cheese, was a little past its best. For a logistics specialising company, well the mind boggles, they had no idea. I have given 2 stars, when they deserve 0, to be quite honest, purely for the fact that the driver on the second delivery was pleasant & incredibly embarrassed & apologetic when I voiced my serious dissatisaction with all the goings ons & the poor service. I ended up feeling rather sorry for him being at the sharp end of this shambles. So DHL, the 2 stars are purely for him & certainly not for the disgraceful service. I can also echo the experience of a lack of human contact in customer care & indeed in just getting cut off, truly infuriating. When are companies going to learn that avoiding your customers by "bunging" them a automated voice system wind's them up even more. Get a grip DHL & sort your service out - shambolic!

Ignore that star

Ignore that star, not even worth 1 !! Have been waiting since 3rd April and promised delivery every single day, barring Sundays. First they claim I gave them wrong address, then wrong postcode, so unable to deliver. Asked for proof, they showed me a pin point on a google map. No actual photo of where they were, or where they were supposed to be. Changed delivery address to make it easier for them. Waited at my sons' for 6 hours. Got email saying no one was there. Liars. Delivery due next day. This time, 2 hours later than delivery slot, a white transit turned up so I went out to them. After searching a near empty van they told me mine were 'missing' maybe at the depot? I asked why they bothered to turn up if they hadn't got my 4 parcels??? Said he would come back later. He didn't even though he said he did. Again, no photo proof, no calling card left. I have been trying to get a refund but not having much luck there either! In future I will check the courier before I buy on line again. DHL are rubbish, waste of space,

Poor service

Give you a time slot and say will need to be signed for , so rearrange day to be in . Tracking shows 1 stop away then nothing … get an update to say tried and failed !!!! Did not blatantly lie . Next day same thing again I’m allegedly not at home . I was and no card or explanation . Third day informed parcel would be delivered between 5.15 pm and 7.15 pm so again rearrange everything to accommodate . I nip out in the morning and they deliver the parcel leaving it on my step … no issues with that but why do they insist your at home when they do this . Trying to speak to a human is impossible even though they lie and say you can , it is automated and cuts you off. I will be avoiding this courier and companies that use them in future. I’m quite accommodating and if there is a problem I’m happy to wait as long as I’m told and not treated with absolute contempt and lied too .

Shockingly bad service

My item was supposed to be delivered Wednesday according to their e-mail. Nothing arived by 4pm so checked the tracking. It stated it was delayed and would arrive Thursday. No e-mails or contact to inform me of this. Eventually managed to speak to a human who stated it would arrive Thusday and at 10.30am I would be notified of a time slot. No time slot by 11am so checked tracking again. Now it states delivery on Friday. Still no e-mail or contact apologising for the wasated days waiting in for the parcel. Tried to call but now will not let me speak to a human. Just a recorded voice so it will be loaded on the van today. There is no way to speak to a human unless you call the 7p per minute number!!
