I have travelled with dial a flight on long haul flights to Australia most of the time my contact has been Theo who has been consistently helpful every time I have contacted him over the last few years. If I have rung and Theo is not available any member of staff that answers the phone is so helpful and can see exactly where we are with my booking.
I had cause to ring them on one occasion outside of normal working hours(early morning) due to an issue at check in with my visa, the staff member I spoke to talked to me to calm me down and sorted out the issue with no fuss.
I also I had cause to reclaim some fees for excess baggage and they sorted all that out for me as well. I ca not recommend these highly enough.

We have used Dial A Flight a number of times over the years and will always use Jessie Addington. She makes the booking experience very easy, finding the best price possible and excellent communication throughout the whole process, even calling a few days before we travelled to assure us everything was all ok, to calling whilst away and then upon our return to ensure everything had gone to plan.
Having the emergency number to contact whilst travelling is fantastic, we had missed a connecting flight in Heathrow and BA weren’t being very helpful so I called the emergency number and spoke with Callum who rebooked us on another flight within minutes so we could continue our onward journey , the BA alternative leaving a day later.
Dial A Flight are very lucky to have both Jessie and Callum , they are excellent at what they do!!

I have been using Dialaflight for about 20 years and always book with them -‘s have built trust with Ewan over the years. They have helped switch flights, ensure flights are changed if weather disruption and helped get me home after my husband died.
Thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.

This was my first time using dial-a-flight in 18 years and we had excellent service from Scott from start to finish. He managed to get us great flights and a hire car with a full tank of fuel and REAL full insurance cover (which saved us money after a small dent was found).

We will certainly be using dial-a-flight again - next time we will explore hotels with them too after this experience.

As a travelling dinosaur, I needed all the help available , hence contacting Dial a flight, where I spoke to Jesse Addington. From the first call, answered as promptly as their advert says it would be, I received nothing but customer service on steroids.Jesse took customer service to a different level, she, and it, were absolutely brilliant, consequently there were no unanswered questions or worrying “ what happens next?” moments.
I cannot speak highly enough of Jesse and her incredible attention to detail and to customer service. She deserves a bonus!

Used Dial a Flight and Ross for many years now. The service is second to none. Ross understands our needs and always delivers. Knowing you have a 24 hour helpline phone number gives you peace of mind. Only had to use it once and the problem was sorted out immediately. We have used DialAFlight for nearly 10 years and can honestly say they have yet to fail. Dealing primarily with Ross he has managed to accommodate all our requests from flight and hotel packages to longer tours. All planned to our requirements and occasionally stepping in to resolve any slight issues. In all we find DialAFlight provide a very professional service and would thoroughly recommend them.

First class service every time from DialAFlight. Our contact Mason Edwards is excellent, very friendly and efficient and knows what I want when I travel to visit my son in Oregon. I had to return early from my last trip, made contact with Mason, flights changed and return trip organised within a couple of hours. All the hassle and concern taken out of my hands. Hannah at Dialaflight organised our flights and hotels on a fabulous visit to our daughter in NZ, stopping for 2 weeks in Vietnam on the outward trip, and Australia and Hong Kong on the return leg. It was a very personal and cost effective service, we felt very supported, and were extremely pleased with everything, and we can thoroughly recommend Dialaflight and especially Hannah.

Any travel company can be great when all goes well, it's when things are going wrong you find out how good they really are. Having had holidays booked through Dial A Flight during covid and recently traveling through Dubai with the conflict in the Middle East, I cannot express how glad I was that we had booked with them. Eric and Ashley were excellent, arranging and rearranging flights and I am sure if we had been booked with anyone else our holiday to Thailand would not have happened. We were grateful for their expertise and would highly recommend them to anyone booking holidays.

Ive been using Dial A Flight now more years than I care to remember. I first started using them just after my Dad passed away. He left me a little sum of money and I had always wanted to go Australia. I did not have a clue how to sort it out and what if any visas I would need. I contact Dial A Flight and spoke to a gentleman called Arthur Francis. He was incredible, sorting out everything for me. I could not wish for me. The accommodations he booked my wife and I into were top notch. Could not fault them what so ever. I have flown all over the world since then with Arthur and Dial A Flight, know that my accommodation and flights will be spot on. Taking all the worry and stress out of holidays. Every year now I contact Arthur, tell him when I want to go, roughly where I want to go and him comes back with a few options. From there I pick one or even mix and match. Perfect holidays made easy as far as I'm concerned.

I’ve booked afew trips with Dial a Flight over the last 15 years and always had a great experience but I recently booked a family trip to Vietnam with them and this was the first time booking with Dial a flight for quite some years. The service we received from Phoebe Harris was outstanding, Phoebe helped to package up a deal within our budget and has stayed in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. Phoebe’s is a credit to the company and we’ll definitely be in touch again to book our next holiday.

The flights were excellent and the price was competitive. The free upgrade to premium economy was an added bonus. Thanks for your help. Will definately use you again next time.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I always ask my Travel manager George for recommendations for holidays within parameters and he never fails to disappoint in finding the perfect get away. Once the holiday is booked the whole dial a flight team keep us updated throughout the process until departure. The local team(s) on the ground once you reach the destination also go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.

We booked a three week trip to South Africa to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.Ross Perks was very helpfull and due to the middle east problems our return flights were cancelled.Ross kept us fully informed throughout.After 6 weeks Ross contacted us and told us we would return to Scotland with British Airways.Without Ross and Dial-a Flight i hate to think of what might have happened.Ross also ensured i had assistance all the way.

Used this company twice. They are very friendly and helpful, because our trip was for a while we had to change a few things but nothing was a problem would definitely recommend them

We always use Wayne Bailey at Dial A Flight. His service is absolutely outstanding- he is not just helpful and responsive but also proactive. Over the years I have multiple examples of him contacting us to offer savings if we move travel by a day, letting us know he can get bargain upgrades and once seeing that he could get the same flights we’d booked were now cheaper in the BA sale he rebooked everything and returned hundreds of pounds to us. He is also really expert on which routes are best and always has hotel recommendations. Hugely appreciate all his help.

The wonderful service from these guys. My flight was cancelled in Vancouver due to a LUFTHANSA strike, used the emergency number it works a treat.Was out in touch with Corin then Michael their customer skills second to none.
My main contact George took over and sorted new flights, no fuss, just something that i thought did not exsist wonderful customer service.
The price i paid was competitive and great to deal with, YOU WILL NOT GET BETTER
