This is the first time we have used DailAFlight, and wow, amazing service from Tommy Ellis - knowledgeable, efficient & friendly. Tommy helped us with a quick turnaround from a holiday that could no longer go ahead, to a lovely trip to the Carribean - made complicated with a big party. I would not hesitate to recommend or contact Tommy again for another holiday.

We have used Mason Edwards on a few occasions now and have always been very pleased with the high level of service we have received. We were very impressed a few weeks ago, in how quickly he found replacement flights that met all of our requirements after our ones via Doha were cancelled.

Ellis has handled our flights to and from Thailand every year superbly for many years, and will continue to do so, (including recent options for middle east rerouting). Ken and Sirinya.

They were excellent when we used to deal with Gary - they were our 'go to' company for booking our trips. Nothing was too much trouble. However, since dealing with Tammy things have gone downhill. Once they have your money, Customer Service is very poor. Also, we could have booked each of the individual components cheaper ourselves, particularly car hire.

Just returned home from a 9 week adventure visiting Thailand, New Zealand, Australia and Borneo. Fantastic trip and made easier by Owen at Dial a Flight who arranged all of our international flights and a 3 night stay in Borneo visiting a wildlife resort. Would highly recommend Owen @ Dial a Flight if you are looking for a professional and supportive travel service.

24/7 support. A genuine person at the end of the phone, interested in what we wanted and helped at each stage to create a fantastic trip.

Excellent service. Alwaya willing to help and answer any questions. Nothing seems like to much trouble.

We have been using Eric Spagnualo now for our holiday bookings for a number of years and have had nothing but exceptional service. We yesterday returned from a three centre trip to Italy planned by Eric and had the best time. Hotels, attractions, recommendations and tips were all spot on and I found his knowledge and passion both incredibly helpful and reassuring, especially with so many significant attractions to pre book … or lose out on! Nothing was too much trouble, as usual. Back less than 24 hours and we have already been in contact and booked another trip for later in the year. STOP and THINK BEFORE GIVING DIAL A FLIGHT you cash.. Advisor took the money but customer service thereafter has been shocking. I get it - middle east was a shock for all but it's how you communicate with customers that makes all the difference. I've email and called Guy but never their, limited or nothing back from emails. He even miss informed me of my consumer rights. BEST info reply received was from colleagues named on his out of office message..

We used Dial a flight to book Flights to Australia via Singapore with a stop over. We also wanted internal flights and Car hire - a group of 5 of us but 3 were flying back on different dates so all a bit complicated for us to sort out ourselves but luckily Colin Barlow at Dial a Flight was on hand. He was really great and we had no issues with anything -all went smoothly. He gave us some great advice and would definately recommend and use him again.

Ash has a great personal and professional attitude, always positive, knowledgeable and helpful. From arranging our three months, around the world trip, coordinating a cruise, as well as multiple flights, all with meet and greet transfers to and from hotels and airports. The hotels were all excellent, and the rooms were wonderful, with fantastic views. He was always quickly available when issues arose, especially rearranging flights from Mumbai back to Heathrow, as the war scuppered our original plans! Exceptional customer service, with a great attitude, I couldn't ask for more! Thanks Ash and team.

I want to share how fantastic and friendly Dial a Flight have been to deal with. After many years of using Trailfinders, we started to notice that their customer service wasn’t quite what it used to be, prices were going up, and it became impossible to ever speak with the same person twice. Based on a recommendation, we decided to try Dial a Flight, and we honestly haven’t looked back since.

The value for money is brilliant, their customer service is second to none, and what really makes a difference for me is that I always get to speak to the same two people. It adds such a personal touch that you don’t often find these days. Recently, when my friend fell ill and was stuck abroad, Roray and Tye were incredibly supportive and kept in constant contact, which made all the difference during a stressful time.

Long haul flight cost have been very competitive so much so we will now always check with them first.
Recent travel chaos with the Middle East war meant changes to travel plans were inevitable, but this team made it so much more tolerable- their patience, good alternative ideas and superb customer service were noted.

I have been a repeat customer with Dial a Flight for a number of years now. Their customer service is outstanding, and a special commendation to our travel agent Sean Furnival! He has been incredibly diligent and professional over the years. Going above and beyond in moments that were hard for our family in situations such as having to arrange travel ‘home’ for us to take care of a dying family member. His compassion and professionalism made a very difficult moment a little easier.
