Beautiful Rings, But a Disheartening and Inconsistent Experience.
I want to start by saying that the rings I received from Diamondère are undeniably beautiful. The second ring, in particular, shows excellent craftsmanship, and the upgraded stones were appreciated in the first ring. I also want to acknowledge that the customer service via email was polite and respectful in tone. The intentions were there—but the execution, unfortunately, fell short in several key ways.
What should have been an exciting and meaningful experience—purchasing matching rings for my engagement—became unnecessarily stressful and disheartening.
It began with the first ring I ordered, which was delayed due to a vendor pricing issue. The diamond I originally selected became unavailable, and while the company offered a higher-quality replacement, the process required me to push hard for transparency, fair pricing, and proper communication. There was no upfront disclosure that vendor listings could be inaccurate or out of stock, which I had to discover only after payment. The 10% discount they offered helped, but I was left doing the math and double-checking everything myself.
When I finally ordered the second ring—what was meant to be the exact same Ashton ring design, but with a lab-created ruby—the differences were striking:
• The side stones are drastically different in size. Despite both rings being advertised with 0.36 carats of side stones, the diamonds on the second ring are noticeably larger than the rubies on the first.
• The gold color is inconsistent. Both were ordered in 10k rose gold, but one is distinctly more pink (as expected) while the other has a yellowish tone—almost like yellow gold.
• The craftsmanship between the two rings is night and day. The second ring feels smoother, cleaner, and more precise than the first.
• Even the engraving placement varies—centered on one, off to the side on the other.
After some digging, I discovered that the first ring was manufactured in India and the second in Thailand, which may explain some of the differences—but this was never communicated to me. When you order two of the same design from the same company, you expect them to match, regardless of where they were made. It’s incredibly discouraging that the rings differ so much in appearance, especially considering they’re meant to be worn as a symbolic pair.
On top of the product inconsistency, I was also unable to reach anyone by phone. For high-value, emotionally significant purchases, I believe direct customer service should be easily accessible. Having to rely solely on email while facing time-sensitive issues—my proposal is just days away—was frustrating and anxiety-inducing.
To their credit, Diamondère was responsive by email and tried to be accommodating where possible. But from a customer experience standpoint, there is serious room for improvement—especially around quality consistency, transparency about international production, and proactive communication.
In summary: the product is beautiful, but the experience was stressful and inconsistent. I would caution anyone purchasing paired or matching pieces from Diamondère to ask very specific questions, request images early, confirm manufacturing origin, and double-check all details yourself.
What should have been a joyful process left me worried and disappointed. I truly hope Diamondère takes this feedback to heart and raises their standards—for the sake of future couples trusting them with meaningful moments.

Side stones won't look like the pictures! It's always better to shop in-person...
Diamondere was quick to ship my custom upgraded order for a ring. The ring was for my wife in honor of our 8th wedding anniversary. When I received the ring, the main stone looked good. However, the side stones were nowhere near the prominence shown in their pictures, but more looked like a hint of color surrounded in a mass of white gold. I wish there was a way to post pictures here. I reached out to them and they asked about my concerns and had me ship them back the ring. They showed me all of the stones they had, which were all very similar. They changed the center stone, which was an improvement even though I thought it was ok. It was the prominence of the side stones. They did all they could do to make them more prominent - and I appreciate their efforts and genuine concern. However, don't expect the side stones to be as prominent as you see in their pictures. In the end, my wife likes the ring - and I am happy with the response of Diamondere.
The customer service is outstanding
My garnet and rose gold "Thatcher" bracelet is dainty and elegant. This is the he second piece of jewelry we have bought here. I doubt it will be our last.

Diamondere’s customer service is truly exceptional. I ordered a ring for my husband's birthday, and it turned out beautifully. Even though I placed the order late, it still arrived on time. We needed to have it resized, and when we reached out, they handled everything perfectly. I'm beyond happy with their service; I can't recommend them enough!

Georgeous lab emerald with diamonds
I just received my ring yesterday. It is stunning. I have the Datura setting with a 3.84 carat emerald (lab made) and lab made diamonds.
I can’t wait to show it off.
My only problem was there was a delay on receiving my ring and the communication was slow to come.
However, in the end I just love it!

It stacks really nicely against everything I have as well as other tennis bracelets. Customer service was super polite and I want another one in pink sapphire! LOL. I do! I'm saving up for it.

Multiple delays- ring didn't arrive for proposal!
I purchased an engagement ring from Diamondere for my partner on November 29th 2024. I knew that he planned to propose on a trip we took in March and I’d hoped to return the favour by proposing to him as well. The ring arrived on December 19th, however it didn't look like what I ordered.
I reached out to them and not once did they acknowledge that a mistake must have happened as the ring wasn't as they marketed. They did, however say that they wanted me to be happy with my purchase and offered to remake the ring. I shipped it back to them on January 4th, and they gave me an estimate of three weeks until it was shipped back to me.
Unfortunately, throughout this process, there were multiple delays with zero communication on their part unless I reached out first for an update.
February 7th (three weeks after they received the ring): Delayed until February 21st (two more weeks). They requested that "I appreciate that handcrafted jewelry takes longer than off the rack, mass produced jewelry" and that "compromising on the quality of craftsmanship in order to meet deadlines, is not what we do at Diamondere".
February 22nd (one day after their new delivery estimate): Delayed until February 27th (the “last and final delay” per their rep).
February 27th: Delayed until March 7th. They were aware that our flight left early on March 7th and that nobody would be home to receive the ring. I informed them that I’d have to cancel the order and was told, “we are doing everything in our power to expedite the quality check process and ensure your order is on its way to you as soon as possible.”
March 4th: I officially requested a cancellation of my order. I’d accepted the fact that I’d have no ring to propose to my now fiancé with on our trip. I also asked for a shipping label so that I’d be able to return the complimentary diamond studs that came with the ring as part of a Thanksgiving promotion. Suddenly, the ring was ready, and the new delivery date was March 6th.
March 5th: I was given a tracking number and told “This number should start showing movement by the end of the day, today.”
March 6th: They canceled the order and said that they had "processed the refund of $$ to your account". They said that it would take a few days for the refund to show on my statement and requested that I ship the complimentary studs back to them, which I did the same day.
March 11th: They received the studs and told me that they only THEN processed the refund. Later that day, I still did not see a refund in my account, and as I was thoroughly sketched out by the company at this point, I filed a dispute with my bank.
March 12th: Diamondere reached out to me the next day asking me to cancel the dispute and said THEN they’ll process the refund. The refund that they previously told me twice had ALREADY been processed. I refused, and my bank settled with them.
I missed out on a once in a lifetime opportunity because of this company. I was put through weeks of worry and having my hopes brought up, only to be disappointed at the end. I cannot warn others enough- STAY AWAY from this company.
EDIT: After my initial review, the Head of Customer Care reached out and took full responsibility for their multiple failures in communication and service. She also outlined changes they’re making based on my feedback. Diamondere has since returned the diamond earrings I sent back, plus $200 in store credit as a goodwill gesture. While I wish my experience had gone differently from the start, I do recognize their effort to make things right and her honesty in admitting their shortcomings.

The most Exquisite Custom Made Ring
Without going on too long, My husband and I have been together 15 1/2 years, engaged for most of it, until we finally Married on November 1st 2024. We have had more than our fair share of challenges, so when we decided to get married finally ( I am 55 years old) we wanted the perfect rings for me to wear the rest of my life. I wanted vintage and stumbled across Diamondere on Facebook of all places. I chose the Larkspur design for my main ring, but when it came to the wedding bands, while they had some great design choices - they weren't quite right for me. Meghan and her team after dozens of emails and my design ideas finally came up with the PERFECT design to compliment the absolutely beautiful Lakspur Ring! It took us almost 3 months, but their patience and artistry were nothing short of perfection! I wept when my two fully Custom wedding bands arrived. If you are looking for a one of kind piece of jewelry that is individually crafted meticulously with the best customer service, Diamondere is the place to go! You will not regret it! They are kind, curious and will not rest until you have exactly what you want - and no upcharge for my original pieces of which we went through several revamps. I now proudly wear the most beautiful piece of jewelry that I will probably ever own and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end! Thank you Meghan, and the team at Diamondere!

I’ve now ordered my second ruby ring from Diamondère. The 1st was gorgeous so I ordered another ring different setting with a bigger stone. Customer Service is top notch I interacted with the staff n they kept me informed about how the creation of my ruby ring was coming along. The finished ruby ring was spectacular n very handsome. If I want another ring I know where to order from
I tried to purchase a 3 carat ruby…
I tried to purchase a 3 carat ruby engagement ring from this company. The ruby was of poor quality so I sent it back. The person who picked out the ruby should have picked something with greater quality. The certification company just rubber stamps whatever Diamondere tells them, or, they never would have sent it to me. I sent the ring back and they promised they would find me a good quality ruby. They sent me pictures and it's pretty much the same... only this time the ruby is 2 carats and they claim it's heirloom quality. Buyer Beware!!!
Reader: Please note that I only sent them a reference picture of a ruby (it just happened to be Burmese). I could have sent them the image of the same ring I tried to purchase from their website. None of the rubies they tried to sell me look like the ruby on the website. The rubies they are trying to sell are dark and opaque and light reflects off the surface of the ruby.
After they sent me the first ruby I allowed them to try to replace it with a better quality ruby. I waited two weeks and never heard from them. It wasn't until I called them that they located a ruby (the same day). They sent me a picture of a 2 carat ruby that was heirloom quality. Now, they are saying that they either sent the wrong picture or it wasn't heirloom. Now, they would rather try to discredit me than actually correct their mistakes. Buyer Beware!
Diamondere still does not want to accept any responsibility.. so, here is the timeline:
1/9/2924 - Ordered ruby ring
1/30/2025 - Received ruby ring (3 carats)
1/30/2025 - Explained that the ring was poor quality
1/31/2025 - Sent ring back
2/3/2025 - Diamondere says they need a couple of days to find a replacement
2/5/2025 - Diamondere says they are in touch with their vendor
2/19/2025 - I sent a request to ask about status.
2/19/2025 - Diamondere sends pictures of a potential replacement ruby (2 carat "heirloom" ruby)
2/20/2025 - Diamondere letter explains that they sent the wrong picture and that it's not heirloom.
2/20/2025 - I've requested a refund. Stay tuned for updates.
Update 2/21/2025: I never requested pink or burmese rubies. Diamondere is now trying to disseminate misinformation so that they don't look terrible. If they want to persist in this information I will continue to say Buyer Beware!!!

Very Good Experience…
I have been looking at a couple of online companies as I was looking for an Anniversary ring for my husband of now 28 years. I came across Diamondere and I was intrigued. I went all over the site looked up the BBB and read numerous reviews. I reached out and when they responded I felt a peace. With the guarantee I felt I wanted to give this company a try. They were interested in the purpose of the ring which was so personal and caring from a company which was a wonderful touch. The ring has a nice weight the style I chose was the Cullen with a Garnet stone with diamonds that is beautiful. My husband really likes the ring and kept showing it off sending a picture to his brother who said “Good job Sister in law”. I am so glad that he likes the ring from the choice of white gold to the inscription. If you’re considering doing business with this company you should as there are so many options to consider based on taste and cost. I should have paid better attention as you can change the size of the center stones I would have liked to go larger. I am very pleased with this purchase and thank you as it arrived on my husbands birthday 1/15 but this year it was for both his birthday and our anniversary 1/16 (yes he got away with this). Will see if they can create an open ring for the Garnet and Diamond ring my husband made for me with another brick and mortar store for our 26th anniversary. This thank God was a good experience.
