After reviewing this internally, we believe this review to be a misinterpretation of our company name and would therefore kindly ask that you consider the below and take the appropriate steps to remove the review.
I believe a digital ID is also referred to as an electronic equivalent of an individual's identity card. A digital ID can be presented electronically to prove an individual's identity and their right to access information or services online. You may be able to find out more about this on the following website https://support.docusign.com/en/articles/What-is-a-digital-ID.

I have ordered a easybadge ribbon and been given a 2 week delivery date. After waiting 2 weeks, received another email with extra 1 month delivery date.
This is a joke, we cannot wait 2 months for ribbon to be delivered. Not recommending this company to but from.

I’m very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service received.
I can confirm that the printer ribbon ordered was out of stock at the time your order was placed and a lead time of two weeks was provided.
After looking in to this, I was pleased to see that your order was shipped earlier than expected rather than delayed.
I can see that you received the delivery on the 23rd of September rather than the 29th which was the date originally quoted.

Superb Customer Service
Just bought an ID Card printer and it turned up but a couple of cables were missing. I emailed Digital ID and they responded to my email pretty much straight after I hit the send button! The correspondence between us has been lightning fast and their customer service has been superb. They are sending the parts imminently and I cannot praise them highly enough for how good they have been.

Excellent Service all round!
Excellent Service all round! Sarah and the rest of the team at Digital ID managed to get a sizeable rush order of ID passes created and sent out to us in record time. Everything was really easy to submit and we were kept in the loop the whole time. I would not hesitate to use Digital ID again!
