Never ever purchasing actual gold before I found Direct Bullion helpful informative and knowledgeable and so easy to deal with and will certainly buy more from them.

I bought gold coins. I have been asking for some ten weeks for them to send the coins to me. They tell me because of Covid 19 they cannot do this because of insufficient staff.

The choices they offer are for them to buy back the gold which for coins bought in 2020 is only 70% of the value of the coins. One has to hold them for 5years for them to buy back at 95%. The other choice is they keep the coins in storage. Unable to talk to anyone in authority to resolve the matter because they are always in a meeting, not in the office, working from home, ringing back which they will not etc etc.
Bullion House is much better. No such problems.

My gold bar finally arrived and very nice it is too.
Everything I said below is true but I've upgraded my star rating by two because their prices are the best around, their staffing shortages due to covid19 didn't help and surely no one else can be as unlucky as I was!

How hard can it be?
I pay in full for an order that's in stock, someone picks it off the shelf, takes it to the post room where it's packaged and sent to me.
simple right?
2 weeks after my initial order and still no sign of my gold.
they even sent me a refund by cheque (even though I paid by debit card) and not only was it £6.70 short it BOUNCED!!!
and yes I've been in constant communication with them and every time I get reassured it's on it's way.
I even got told by senior manager 'Mo' that I've been 'pushed to the top' of his priority list which made, er, no difference whatsoever.
all in all I think it's fair to say that things haven't gone well.

Clive provides great customer service and he is a source of knowledge in the business that you can rely on.
Organised and able to source a solution to any problem.

A friend who knows that I deal with this company contacted me to ask what my experience was like as they had seen some unfavourable review.

After checking this page out, I felt compelled to write this review and I have never felt the need to write a review before.

I have been a customer for nearly 4 years.

I have always received what I ordered and always in a timely manor.

Customer service is excellent, I even got through to the office on a Saturday once.

I am also a business owner and have suffered a similar thing with people trolling Trust Pilot to leave bad reviews and give a company a bad name and this is why I find Feefo to be much more reliable as the reviews can only be left by a verified customer.

Have made 3 purchases over the last month. Very eager to phone when the want to conclude a sale. HOWEVER when it comes getting return calls for routine calls and providing hard copies of Invoices they are absolutely awful. Still waiting for a return call from a week ago. Also phoned this morning and no return call wasted two and s hslf dsyscwaiting forvdeliveries that did not arrive. Very disappointed !

Sometimes I am reluctant to deal with new companies having bought from some other places, but I like the way Direct Bullion do business. My account manager Samuel O’Brien has looked after me well and since speaking with him I’ve learned a lot. I would recommended calling as oppose to buying online as there are many choices.

Have been dealing with the guys here for a while now and have been very pleased. Always respond to my requests promptly and made me feel at ease with buying gold coins. Have recommended to friends and family.
