Mike Dodds at the showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products on offer.The communication between all the relevant parties was good with an early installation date set up. Tom and his partner was extremely quick showing consideration to our home and completed the job to our satisfaction. Also was very obliging explaining all the various controls. We’ve used Direct Fireplaces for 3 log stoves now and the service is fantastic. We will continue to recommend and return.
The quality of stoves has been brilliant each time.
I always think good service is put to the test when an unavoidable something happens .
The ladies I spoke to on the phone and via email were fantastic, courteous and very efficient. If the feedback can be given to both that I spoke to, one about delivery timings and the other about the glass please do as they were both brilliant. Sorry I can’t find their names anywhere.

Still awaiting fireplace ordered 12th Aug, very very disappointed with service.
I have requested phone call numerous times only to be answered with message 😡
At no time or online or message does it statd it'll take over 6 weeks for delivery.
As this is a gift for my elderly parents moving into their new home on 23.9.26 , I am beyond disappointed and hurt that it wont be here for them moving in.
Why does Customer Services not ring customers to explain whats going on!

Fantastic service ordering on line and the delivery to my friends house as I live on a wee Scottish island .
The wee electric stove is such a lovely addition to my living room and is so cosy looking sitting on the hearth pad . Looks great and the light adds warmth and the heat is great too

It was easy to look at various fires online and decide on the one I felt was best for us. It was straightforward to order online. It was delivered three days later and is in position and looking great.
