Discount Flooring Depot Opiniones

Not very good service, sample only couple of inches big and when I asked for a normal sized sample like other companies provide was told this is not possible. Keep sending me emails asking for reviews now.

Very easy to order online samples to make sure we liked the laminate. Helpful staff on the phone & emails.
Easy to order and delivery was on my chosen date

Simple to use website, and samples turned up quite promptly.

Very good customer service

Great flooring, good prices and helpful sales team!

The sample quality and size were perfect to get a clear idea of what that color and thickness would look like as a whole

Lovely flooring, delivered with care. Very pleased and can't wait to see the floor in place 😊

He was very helpful knew exactly what and how much we needed.
Very pleased
Thank you 😊

We are searching for the perfect laminated flooring and we ordered a bunch of samples. Everything went really smoothly and the samples arrived on time. And the sales representative was really nice and helpful.

Ordered 1 pack of flooring as expanding daughters bedroom. Had to pay more for delivery of the actual pack itself. Delivery scheduled for Tuesday. Didn’t come. Phoned on Wednesday. Was told someone will phone me back. Didn’t happen. Sent them an email that night. No response. Got an email on Thursday morning requesting to submit feedback on feee samples they gave me. I haven’t received anything. Thursday midday got a call from a delivery driver to advise me that he is 5 min away and how funny it was to deliver just 1 pack. Delayed my work, very inconvenient especially when you trying to take care of 2 children in holiday and doing the work. Any delays have impact.

Was a very easy process & the flooring was delivered the next day. Flooring looks lovely and is great quality

Very easy to order the pictures on the site matched the samples which were sent at speedy time , the delivery process was easy and the only negative I found was the delivery price is a bit expensive but I could at least choose a delivery day the quality of the Otis great and I will definitely order again

Easy to order online, good price couldn’t find it cheaper anywhere else. The delivery driver rang to confirm delivery which was good.

Extremely fast delivery and efficient help.
