It was very easy to navigate the site, and the choice of carpers and rugs were endless. Even the transaction was so easy, with no hiccups. Communication from the start to the delivery was constant, and on the day of delivery, the delivery person phoned an hour before arriving, so you had time to move any last bits of furniture to lay the carpet. People were very helpful when I rang to ask questions. The samples i ordered arrived promptly. Once I place my order its progress was daily. The person who did the delivery kept in contact whilst travelling and was helpful in helping us post the heavy rolls of carpet and underlay through the window!

Great service from online Carpets

At the moment I’m incredibly disappointed with the handling of this company , today I received my carpet after very minimal communication just and email to state it could basically arrive anytime between Monday and Thursday and they email on the day .. so the carpet arrives however it was packaged incorrectly and absolutely filthy covered in black marks etc were there was no protective wrapping , I tried to use there web chat where they were less then helpful offering a to replace it but wouldn’t be able to until next week so another week without carpet not acceptable so I call the number on the website hoping to get further however I’m not sure how the girl who answered the phone is in a customer service roll but the lack of ‘customer service ‘ was incredible . Apparently you shouldn’t book a carpet fitter until the carpet gets to you , and that’s ‘ recommended in there terms so they’re not responsible ‘ so if a carpet fitter isn’t available for another week after delivery you just have to deal with that , the lady on the webchat clearly stated it shouldn’t have been delivered in such condition but there unwilling to help any further other then collect and replace next week and that I shouldn’t book a fitter until after I receive that so another 2 weeks it’s completely unacceptable. I would go elsewhere .

Easy to order and quick delivery.

Website showed what was in stock which was helpful. Delivery was quick and we were given 3 possible delivery days. The delivery company emailed us the day before to confirm they would come and gave a window of delivery time, My only complaint would be that the carpet wasn't wrapped very well. However I would stlll order from them again and recommend others.
