Discount Flooring Depot Opiniones

The product arrived on time. We haven't laid it yet, but it looks ok.

Excellent flooring, delivery was spot on unloaded to my garage very easily.
Excellent service overall.

Asked for a sample and a quote for the job I'm doing at home. Quote came in minutes sample in 2 days. Received email checking it had arrived but no push to buy. Will be buying as soon as I've got the funds.

I am very pleased with our new flooring, it looks great. My husband installed it in a couple of hours and he said it was easy to do.
There was a good choice of flooring designs to choose from and the website was easy to use. Delivery was on time and good updates on the progress of my order.
I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them again myself.

Straightforward, easy to navigate and swift dispatch and delivery

The samples we were sent were big enough to decide whether we would like the floor.
When our floor order arrived it was packaged very well and arrived when they said it would
The floor was easy to lay and the guidance videos were a great help to get the best finish

Customer service was efficient and I was offered a discount.
Delivery as promised and I think it even came a day early !
The quality of the LVT is excellent and far outshines the DIY store offerings
Highly recommended!

It's a good product at a good price, but the description states it's waterproof for 48 hours, which I confirmed with customer service. The laminate box I received states it's only waterproof for 24 hours. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase.

Excellent customer service, both my husband & I had ordered samples of flooring without the others knowledge, but Judith rang me to ask if the samples that we had both ordered had arrived ,were they any good ,or if we needed any more help
Which i emailed the company, and spoke to Judith today with what we are looking for & has gone above .

Excellent service good quality products at very competitive price. Delivery also very speedy

Samples came quickly and were a nice size to be able to get a feel for what the flooring would be like. Once I have moved into my new house will definitely be using them

Great company, price perfect great delivery on time when requested. Small problem sorted quickly.

Received my samples really quickly. They are lovely bits of flooring. Unfortunately the one I liked most, especially colour wise wasn't for a bathroom so won't be buying this time but will definitely consider using them again.

Aweful delivery service, rude and abnoctious drivers. Brought flooring on a palet, refuses to take palet back. Customers problem to get rid of the palet. Wont help to bring flooring inside the house. After all of that to find out that a wrong flooring colour sent all together. Now its my problem to drag all the flooring out of the flat and drag new flooring back in. Noone cares that it might be a bit much to carry for a woman a 100kg flooring. Thats your problem. Waisted 3 days of my life dealing with this nonsense, which shouldve been an easy experience. Avoid at all cost!

Only had samples so far , but stuck between choices lol

Absolute NO GO – Avoid this company.

In my experience, this company has been dishonest and extremely unhelpful.

I purchased their click-lock wooden flooring, and their website recommended buying the matching underlay and beading. When the order arrived, the flooring was nothing like proper click-lock flooring and was a nightmare to install.

To make matters worse, they sent the wrong colour beading. When I contacted customer service, they agreed to accept the return, but then charged me a return fee. I explained that the beading had been recommended by their own website to match the flooring, but they claimed it was my fault, not theirs.

As a result, I had to order the correct colour beading on BnQ at my own expense and pay my fitters a second time to come back and install it, leaving me significantly out of pocket because of their mistake.

They arranged the return of the incorrect beading and still charged my card for the return costs.

I have reported the company to the relevant consumer protection authorities. I would not recommend buying from them.

Shocking customer service. Floor arrived damaged, emailed and received a reply to begin with until i asked for the floor to be replaced. Then nothing. Emailed too many times to count and no reply. Will now be claiming a redund through credit card as thankfully insured. Avoid.

The gentleman new what he was on about and sorted everything out very efficiently.

Ordered a couple samples of floors and these come with fast delivery and a follow up email to ensure I was satisfied and I was. I am looking at ordering flooring soon :)

The experience on the whole was good. We did unfortunately struggle a little when the sales advisor went on leave, I would have preferred their voicemail to point me to another sales advisor for continuity.

The sales guys knew their products well. The delivery was smooth. The item hasn’t yet been installed but it looks as described.
