I ordered a product which I believed to be customised. When I received it what they called customised was a tag with my personal message which is not advised in the product description but advised in a photograph with no text etc. I contacted customer service who I believe escalated my email to a supervisor/manager. They advised me I would not get a refund on the service I paid extra for which was not my point. They did not listen to me and my point which was why is the customised product not described in the product description. I have no had a reply from them since 11/04/14 and its seems I will not get one. I find this customer service shocking! I work for an online retailer and I would never ignore a customer in this way. I will never shop with them again!

after ordering several items on the 6th of December after over £90 of phone calls the items arrived on the 22nd of December over 2 weeks later. After opening a DVD player that cost over £160 we found it did not work. After a saga with Disney customer care they finally arranged for a courier to collect it on the 2nd of January so it could be replaced.
It is now the 14th of January and after another 40 mins with Disney customer care they cannot even confirm they have the item that was returned. Time and time again they promise to return calls but never do.

I will never use Disney again for anything and I will ensure I advertise this review on every website I can think of as I am absolutely disgusted with the service from the company.

AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is just a shame I have to leave 1 star as in real terms they deserve none!

I ordered items on the 6th December and paid for express "next day" delivery. I studied the terms on the site to ensure the items would arrive on time. I was told to add one day for my postcode.

I ordered before 4pm on the 6th and the items did not arrive until the 12th! Items were no good to me as they were for family heading to Disneyland and they left on the 10th.

I sent an email including my order number on the 9th December - no reply. Once I received the items i phoned customer service to see about returns after 30 mins on hold I was told my Postage was NOT going to be refunded and I had to pay for sending the items back. Not a happy customer.

They have taken the money out of my account but my order has not arrived. No response to emails and the phone number now 'cannot be recognized'. Terrible service and if you look on their Facebook page there are a lot of other very unhappy customers!

When things went wrong with my delivery the team where at hand to solve the problem - Joshua, Aoife, Jessica & Charlotte!!!!!! Thank you guys & gals, from one very satisfied customer :)

Disney gør det igen...

Deres side er god og let at finde igennem. Varerne blev leveret lynhurtigt (hurtigere end lovet) og ja....Deres kvalitet på deres egne "soft toys"/bamser er et helt kapitel for sig selv.

Emballagen/papkassen bliver stadigvæk brugt som legetøj af børnene.

Der var ikke den her helt usædvanlige/uventet service eller "gave" med.... men vil helt sikkert købe hos disneystore.co.uk igen og igen....
