The staff are always lovely and polite and as for the food it’s always delicious.

Very friendly staff , well laid out store clean and bright

Restaurant in need of updating, very basic features though selection of cakes,scones good.
Also enjoy shopping in CottonTraders.

The plant selection - for roses- was good and the plants healthy. I was able to find a suitable plant.

We just went to the restaurant, it was as usual really friendly and coffees and tea were lovely ,we also had snack biscuits . All told it was a lovely visit . Thank you

It seems nobody on the shop floor or on site has any control over purchases. They have to contact Head Office for anything who totally apparently ignore them!

NEVER again and the store card has been destroyed!!!

Horrendous experience with Tamara at the Reading (Twyford store). The exit doors don't show the exit sign when they are open, so I entered, to be verbally abused by her, and accused of pushing a man that was leaving. I didn't think that she was talking to me for a while, as nothing of the sort had happened. Have emailed Dobbies CEO and customer service to put in an official complaint as to be accused of ABH in front of an entire store is so wrong. She yelled that they have cameras - good, as when they check them they will realise that I didn't touch anyone, and that when the doors are open, you cannot see that it's an exit.
I will take this further as this is the worst customer experience I've had in years. In my opinion, Tamara should not be in a customer facing role, and she should be disciplined for the way she spoke to me today.

Had a lovely afternoon out. Looking around Cotton Traders and Waitrose and the various other items. Plants were were well watered and a hood variety available.
