Easy to order products which were competitively priced. Kept informed about dispatch and delivery day. The short video link about how to use the product was helpful.

What a discovery
I was looking for some door stops & came across Dortech on a web search. Theirs were much better than anywhere else, they also arrived quickly & well packaged & have served their purpose perfectly. Significantly, I was surprised to discover what a wide range of quality products they stock. They will be my first destination in the future if I need anything else connected with doors.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the delivery took longer than expected and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We would like to clarify that while we supply a wide range of quality products, we are not professional commercial door installers and therefore cannot provide specialist installation expertise. If you experience any issues with a product, please contact our customer service team and we'll always do our best to help or liaise with the manufacturer where needed.
We appreciate your comments and thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Had you contacted us directly, we would have been able to look into this and resolve the issue immediately.
As soon as we became aware of the problem, we raised it with the courier, DX, and they have now addressed the matter. Unfortunately, without being made aware of any issues, we’re unable to step in and help sooner.
We do sincerely apologise, as this is not the level of service we expect our customers to receive, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
