Was a bit disappointed with the delay for my item after paying for next day delivery. I understand during covid it’s harder, but on your website it said orders are processed as normal.

Its Been Almost 2 weeks since my order has been shipped and there is no information given to me about where my hoodie is, I want to support this brand but having no info is ridiculous. (Edit) I got my order and its now one of my favorite Hoodies I own, great quality and great message.

Hey Conor!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us with a review.
We were experiencing a lot of delays to Australia and New Zealand around this time due to Covid-19. There were limited flights available and the flights which were available were prioritising PPE over non essential goods. Unfortunately this was out of our control and we did everything we could to ensure your order arrived as quickly as it did.
I've looked at the tracking and can see that your order has now been delivered which is great. If you have any further queries feel free to reach out to us and we would be more than happy to assist you further :)

Clothes are really nice and fit as described
Would like you to include tracking on your shipping, gives you piece of mind and not stressing it’s been lost when it takes a month to arrive
Overall really love the clothing tho

Great product and loved the details. It took some time to get to the states as the company is based on London. Overall, a great consumer experience

We were experiencing slower than usual shipping times to a number of international destinations around this time due to Covid-19, however they are now back to normal now and shipping to the US usually takes on average 3-5 working days.
