The service we received at Dreams Bognor Regis was excellent. Mark Cullens knowledge of the beds and base’s you offer is exceptional. Everything about our purchase was first class. Finance and delivery process was extremely quick and easy. Happy to recommend to friends and family.

Bagged three great bargins
I just moved into a smaller home and needed a bed and sofa, while looking online I saw a lovely Northwood bed frame and a Limerick 3seater pullout sofa bed. I popped into my local showroom and saw both item on display which was nice and as luck would have it the bed frame had a memory foam matress on it that was being sold at half price which I snapped up and combined with the black Friday 25% discount on the other two item I got a real bargin. The staff were so helpful and friendly and made ordering very enjoyable. All items where delivered together by a couple of lovely guys, it was a bit tough for them to get my sofa up the tight stairway into my flat but they didnt moan once, one guy gave me some advice on how to put the sofa together which was very handy. I would highly recommend the delivery service and iam very pleased with my purchase the sofa is so comfortable and very easy to convert into a bed and the bed frame was pretty easy to assemble and very sturdy, the quality is very good, overall I am very impressed

We purchased a new bed and mattress. Everyone we spoke to was very pleasant, helpful and informative from the showroom staff to the delivery people. We were kept informed all the way and everything was carried out exactly as we were told it would.

Excellent experience
Delivery arrived on time. Both dream colleagues dressed smart, removed shoes without being asked too. Very friendly did everything they needed to do. Would never go anywhere else to buy a bed.

Efficient professional service
Knowledgeable, professional and friendly store salesman and straightforward purchase. Clear instructions about delivery and collection of old bed. I left the store happy with my purchase.
Delivery men Mark and Knight were professional and friendly, I received a phone call around 7.30am on the day of delivery giving me an estimated time of arrival and they arrived on time. They were respectful of my property (wore overshoes and took care bringing in the new bed and removing the old one). They checked where the bed was to go, worked together efficiently and explained to me how to use the ottoman feature. I was as delighted with this purchase and delivery as I had been with a previous one last year and recommend them for efficiency, professionalism and friendliness.
The bed is a spare bed and is awaiting a friend to test it next month but it looks inviting and attractive.

Mattress perfect
Our mattress is perfect. We had a pretty good idea what we wanted before hand as our old mattress had come from dreams. Unfortunately they no longer done that particular mattress anymore ( 10yrs later). We were offered an equivalent and it is perfect. Staff were very helpful.

No problem with delivery. Men were very helpful. Still waiting to hear ,as headboard couldn’t be fixed properly . One of the screws holding head board would not line up so not put in. They said it would be reported but not heard
