Terrible service

Terrible service. Walked in and around for about 10 mins. Loads of staff visible. Not even a hello, never mind anything else. I approached a team member to get some questions answered, almost felt like I was inconveniencing him the way he was answering my questions, moved onto another colleague who was just as unhelpful and they didn’t want my 35k. Took my details as a means of getting rid of me saying someone would get back to me. 3 days later still nothing. You guys are obviously made of money if that’s how you treat customers. Anyway my money spent else where. I very rarely post reviews but this visit of mine left me with no choice but to make your management aware of how poor that place is run.

Purchased new Cupra Born beginning of April and took a service plan out at the same time.Phoned up after one month to to tell Arbury that no information about the service plan had been received.Tried to phone up after another three weeks and no Manager will phone me back to sort the problem out.GOOD AFTERSALES SERVICE!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Neil Brown as my car sales executive, and the service I received was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Neil was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free.

He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, never pressured me into making a decision, and made sure I found the perfect vehicle to suit my needs and budget. His honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer care really stood out.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, the parking is completely ridiculous bordering unsafe. I would not get a Cupra in the future just to avoid coming back to this garage.

Visited arbury Sydenham to look at an…

Visited arbury Sydenham to look at an elroq as we hadn’t seen one on the road. Arrived and one other couple were in the branch. Had a quick look and no elroq, only kodiaq and two enyaq’s. Took ages for anyone to come over to us. Coincidentally the other couple in there also wanted to see an elroq, I overheard them being told they didn’t have one but had a photo of one! (I can see a photo online, thanks)
When eventually approached we asked to see an elroq. The man said we have a demo we can bring round, but we shouldn’t really be showing it as we aren’t allowed to show cars that are older than 3 months (it was a 75’ plate) so us and two other people were scratching after this one illusive Elroq. They hopped in first so we stood inside waiting for our turn. In this time, a third couple came in for a test drive.
Surprise surprise, it was a test drive on the Elroq we were also waiting to look at! We were told we could have a very quick look but that the Enyaq is exactly the same bar the boot. We sped round looking at the Elroq (the test drivers were literally waiting) then it went off for its test drive leaving 2 couples to look at Enyaq’s hoping they were similar. We asked the salesman what the differences were and he said none. I asked if the sun visors in the back were in the elroq (they aren’t) he said do you not just want an enyaq? No, we want an elroq!

I cannot believe a car that only began manufacture in 2025 has already been shunned from the showrooms!
From what we saw we really liked the elroq but please put one in your showroom as they are clearly popular.

I’m really sorry to hear that your visit didn’t meet expectations, particularly as you made a specific trip to view the new Elroq. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait, only to have a very limited opportunity to see the vehicle.

To clarify, we do have an Elroq demonstrator available and there are no restrictions preventing us from showing vehicles over three months old. On the day of your visit, this vehicle was out on a pre-booked test drive, which unfortunately impacted availability in the showroom. However, I appreciate that this wasn’t communicated clearly to you, and that led to confusion and a rushed experience, for that, I apologise.

I’m also disappointed to hear that your questions weren’t answered with the level of knowledge and detail you would expect. While the Enyaq and Elroq do share similarities, they are not identical, and you should have been given clear and accurate information to help you make an informed decision.

You’re absolutely right about the popularity of the Elroq, the demand has been very strong, and your feedback highlights how important it is that we manage this better in branch.

I’d really appreciate the opportunity to put this right for you. If you’re still considering the Elroq, I would be more than happy to personally arrange a dedicated appointment where you can spend proper time with the vehicle and receive a full walkthrough without interruption.

Smooth and painless experience

Andy was brilliant with helping us choose our new car, he was able to answer any questions we had and was very welcoming.

He wasn't available on the day we picked the car up but had already sorted out almost everything so the pickup process was as smooth as possible.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and far less stressful than I expected from viewing the vehicle online.

A big thank you to Laurence our sales advisor who was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail throughout the process including the short timeframe from viewing to purchase and driving away same day.

Communication was great, and I was kept informed every step of the way during and post purchase.

SHOCKING NON SERVICE ARBURY BROMSGROVE

Spent over £40K end of November on 2 Peugeot 208s , one GT and one Allure , phoned today to ask if they can adjust the headlights on the GT , no call back which they promised, so I phoned them again, they want the car for the WHOLE DAY to adjust the headlights 5 minute job , told me I could have a curtesy car for £25 , DISGRACEFUL NO. SERVICE FROM ARBURY BROMSGROVE, WE HAVE HAD YOUR MONEY SO TOUGH LUCK ATTITUDE, WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM YOU AGAIN, SHOCKING!!!!! Called a local independent garage they will do it for FREE as it only takes FIVE MINUTES , THATS WHAT YOU CALL SERVICE , ARBURY BROMSGROVE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OR LOOSE CUSTOMERS

We regret that we did not meet your expectations and understand your frustration at being asked to leave the car all day for what turned out to be a quick adjustment, as well as not receiving the promised callback. We wanted to book a full appointment to properly investigate the issue with your lights rather than assume it was purely an adjustment, ensuring the car would be fixed correctly the first time. The £25 courtesy car charge is to cover insurance; if you had arranged cover through your own insurer, the car could have been provided free. We apologise if this was not clearly explained.
