Brilliant! We had a session on their Sleepomatic gismo which identified our sleeping patterns & have enjoyed using our new mattress since. I recommend Dreams to all.

The store manager knew her stuff and helped guide me all the way through, nothing was too much and i was a demanding unsure customer.
I went back to the store several times to help decide what i wanted and each time she was there being very friendly and helpful, offering drinks and asking what else could she do to assist me. I was mostly indecicive due to waiting to move house.

I had gone to the cribbs causeway store but the welcome i got there was not great at all and did not feel i was welcome unless i was going to buy that same day, this includes from the store manager there also.

The customer service from the Filton store stood out to be so much better and welcoming which is why i went to the Filton store to make my purchase, the Cribbs causeway store could learn a lot about customer service from the Filton manager.

Excellent staff, service, products

Team at Filton branch were brilliant. No rushing, we had plenty and time and tried several beds and pillows. Came away with exactly what we wanted within our budget. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I later took some friends there and they had a similar experience and bought a fabulous mattress.

I was greeted and served by a very polite, helpful and knowledgeable young lady the machine they have which reads how your body lies was also very helpful in which mattress I chose. The member of staff weren’t pushy just very helpful

Great store staff are very helpful and welcoming and offer you all information needed to allow you to make a decision without any pressure offered a drink whilst in the store and made feel as nothing was to much trouble left the store feeling very happy

Smooth assistance throughout our visit and we took the help with recycling the old mattress. I’m 83 so couldn’t manhandle the mattress so it was good that this service is available.
