Great experience from start to finish. The staff in the shop were amazing and the delivery men respectful and quick.

The staff member who I dealt with at the Gravesend Store was very pleasant and helpful as were the two delivery men. Altogether a good experience.

Very helpful staff , loved the special bed that works out what sort of mattress you require , and trying out the mattresses that are in store that it picks .

In store the staff were helpful, always ready to answer questions.
The delivery was on time, and quick in removing the old bed and frame for disposal, and replacing with the new bed and mattress.
Bed is comfortable, and was a good purchase.

The delivery guys were very careful when moving the new beds in, and removing our existing ones. They phoned to give me an arrival time.

Not happy with the bed too high in height Dreams told me it's a £90.00 charge to change it my sister bought a bed from different company 3 times they changed her bed at no cost now that's what I call a service..poor service from Dreams go somewhere else to buy a bed.

Sue and Reece were outstanding today. We loved the mattress, but probably wouldn't have brought one today if it wasn’t for their great customer service.
