The service and help choosing a bed was second to none. And regarding the comfort of the mattress we were advised to buy after laying on their test mattress, we couldn’t be happier. My only comment would be on the bed frame itself. The 5ft wooden frame houses two separate single beds as the bed is electric. The bedside tables that are attached to the frame, are rendered useless once you have used the electric buttons to raise the headend of your mattress. Once you’ve done this the bedside table is behind you (to the side but behind you) and it is impossible to reach anything off of it. It could be improved by incorporating a slide out shelf/tray to accommodate this need. Also the drawers are extremely difficult to pull in or out whilst in the bed. It is a shame because it is an expensive product, that looks beautiful but is let down by this one thing.

Was welcomed in store and my enquiry was dealt with quickly. Ony waited a few days for delivery and despite not paying for delivery to the room the guys were happy to do it anyway. An excellent experieince from start to finish

Delivered a great product on time…

The mattress received was a lot firmer than the display model and has not broken in, causing us back pain.

I bought a mattress from Dreams branch in Newport, IOW, and the customer service received especially from Jennifer was outstanding. Very happy with the purchase.

From stepping through the door right through to the completion of delivery, we received nothing but friendly efficient and helpful service.

Nothing was any was any trouble including changing the delivery date.
