Lovely mattresses, helpful delivery staff. It was beneficial that they were able to also take our old mattresses away for recycling.

Dreams - Isle of Wight…
My wife and I visited the Newport Isle of Wight Store on recommendation of my physiotherapist and were attended to by Jade. She was friendly and helpful, and patient with us. Her product knowledge was excellent. She made suggestions based on our needs and we bought a new mattress and pillows. An enjoyable shopping experience.

Very informative member of staff
Very informative member of staff, very friendly and with a sense of humour... once he had spoken he left us to choose and chat on our own which was nice. Once finished and made our choice it was signed and sealed within minutes.... Excellent job.

Easy to place order over the phone the…
Easy to place order over the phone the advisor was very helpful. Got my new bed delivered 7 days after ordering old bed taken away reasonable price to take the old bed away. The bed was also assembled for me again a good price to get it assembled I wouldn't know where to start as my DIY skills are not good. The delivery men were great friendly and helpful all in all a great experience will recommend highly recomended

Very speedy delivery
I hate buying beds as I never know what mattress to get but Dreams made it easy this time. Love the new bed and mattress. Very speedy delivery. Staff in store and the delivery team were very helpful. Would definitely use Dreams again.
