Excellent service by the Dreams delivery guy (Paul). Loving our new bed and that of my son. Also the bed side drawers are beautiful. Can't fault the experience.

If you're looking to buy a bed I would 100% recommend shopping in store at Dreams Lancaster. The staff here are so helpful, friendly & knowledgeable & it never feels like they're trying to push you to buy a specific product but rather to show you all the different options. They are available when you have questions, offered us coffee but also left us alone to try the different beds and it was such an easy experience. I much prefer this to shopping online as you can actually try the mattresses and pillows and it makes such a difference especially when a new bed is a big investment. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience

Welcomed by 3 very happy staff, Carol, Ian and Chris.
Carol introduced herself and I said I'm thinking of buying a mattress.
She asked like to have a lie down on an interactive bed. Helps choose best type of mattress. Very impressive!

I explained my budget and she showed me a suitable range, I lied on them all, amazed how comfortable back & hips felt.

I explained have scoliosis & metal bar on spine, last few mths noticed some hip pain & dead leg, waking 3am having to come downstairs.
My mattress seemed harder lately and recently stayed in a hotel bed which I slept better in than my own with no morning pain.

I really liked a few of them, I chose one and great price. Was also the one chosen for the Olympics team and discovered Dreams support them and Paralympics Team GB!

Then Carol explained a 60% off sale Inc beds.
My bed is old and quite ugly! I saw on the website with Carol a beautiful, pink velvet wingback bed.
It was in the 60% off sale, was amazed at the deal and chose a King size.

I wasn't looking to pay out of savings for both mattress and bed. Carol explained Dreams do 0% finance, looked at payment for both mattress and bed, so I chose both! Only £14.80 month after a small deposit.

She took me through credit, Ian helped and chatted, so friendly. Chris made beautiful Cappuccino with dog mug (I have one and she's involved in my purchases!) .

I purchased extended cover, they explained how it worked, over and above the manufacturer warranty, it covers me for over 8yrs Inc, for any sagging or damage or loss of support..
Received a really good price for the Installation of the bed, rather than do it myself.

So, I walked in enquiring, ended up buying a mattress, king size bed, cover plan & installation!

An excellent service. Couldn't fault it.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great product and at a good price. The mattress we bought is very comfortable and was delivered exactly when expected.
We were kept fully informed of progress at all times.

The order pertaining to the mattress protector has not been delivered and does not appear to have been processed (as the Dreams Staff could not find a tracking number).

From walking into my Lancaster store and meeting Ian, my experience was first class. I was given excellent advice, I'd only gone in for a mattress and I didn't feel pressured in any way to buy my base from there (although I wish I had!) And I found the right mattress with having had sound advice from Ian! My mattress arrived within the 2 hour slot and I was contacted by the team beforehand and 2 delightful lads arrived, very smiley, put their overshoes on, look the mattress upstairs and took the rubbish away. Perfect from start to finish! Well done Lancaster!!!

The staff were fantastic - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and really efficient too.

All our instructions were carried out and we were impressed by the professional manner demonstrated throughout.

Delivered on time and the two guys who delivered my item was so helpful They even placed my new mattress on the bed for me I have a Dreams mattress on my other bed as well Can’t praise Dreams enough Certainly give them 5 stars

Dreams provided a positively dreamy experience! All staff were attentive and informative without giving me a hard sell. I was immensely fortunate to have entered the store when I did and the staff did a great job of servicing my needs. Anya handled my purchase and highlighted the important concerns of the matress as well as assembling a deal that did not break the bank. My only regret is I will not need to shop there again!
