Thank you Cameron ! A great first experience at dreams . We were greeted warmly with the offer of a drink and then whisked off to the sleep match bed and pillows . Found our perfect mattress in minutes with a bit of fun along the way , hopefully back soon to order the rest of the family’s new mattresses

From the moment we entered the Dreams store at Nottingham Castle Marina we were greeted and treated to a very thorough and interesting buying experience for a mattress. We were looked after by a gentleman called 'Denier' who was a delight to deal with and so knowledgeable and very tentative. Thank you Dreams.

Decided to invest in what was advertised as a quality mattress with a cooling system
Very expensive mattress which is supposed to keep you cool. We found it was ineffective in keeping us cool. Mattress easily goes out of shape
For the cost very disappointing.

Item, with no details on the packaging, delivered to the wrong address. I had to ring the delivery driver to get him to bring it to our address. No information on the packaging saying that it was for us. Not impressed. The driver rang me, said he had been knocking on the door for 5 minutes, with no answer. Said he would leave the headboard by the wheelie bin. Wrong house, that is why no one answered!!! - following contact with the store today, Tuesday 1st October, this has now been sorted out and I am happy with the solution offered.

Excellent service from sale room staff and delivery company

They were very friendly and answer all me questions. They even gave a demonstration of how the bed worked with the remote control. I was very happy with the service.

Staff in showroom were knowledgeable about mattresses. Ordering was swift. The only issue was the store prices did not match online prices. But the manager sorted this out with staff. Delivery was efficient and staff were polite. Taken to my room of choice and instructions given about airing the mattress. I always buy from Dreams and would recommend.
