I had a very pleasant experience…
I had a very pleasant experience choosing a new mattress at Dreams, Plympton Plymouth. Paula helped me to choose the correct level of support and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery guys, kept me well informed on timings and were very polite and slick. So far I have had very comfortable nights' sleep and I am pleased with this product.

We came on to buy 2 mattress and was served by Paula, who went though our different needs, was very helpful and friendly, we left to look at different options and did not feel pressure to buy straight away, when we came back just as good as before would recommend for both customers service and quality of bed and delivery. Would definitely go back again.

Excellent service in store. Took time to go through options. Several time, and helped to entertain two you children while we tried and decided. Paul (I think) from Plymouth store was great.
