Dreams - Southport Opiniones 

I would highly recommend a visit to Dreams. We recently visited the Southport branch and unlike other bed stores we didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase. The staff were informative and helpful without being pushy or following you around the shop. We had seen the product we wanted to order online and although it wasn’t on display Chris was able to show us a similar product and helped us navigate the mattress! We returned a few days later to make the purchase and James made sure we got the best possible deal. We will definitely be returning to make our future purchases at Dreams. Thank you

I visited Dreams Store in Southport. James and the staff were very helpful although I did feel a little rushed to make my choice. Purchased a bed frame and mattress and am really pleased with my purchase.

We had bought a gel topped mattress a couple of years ago which cost a fortune so reluctantly had to go to find another mattress as the gel one, instead of keeping us comfortable (either cooler in the summer or warmer in the colder months) it made us both far too hot each night. We had been to another major bed store but came away just as confused as when we got there. Dreams in Southport however was just brilliant. There was no heavy sales pressure at all, just good information given to us and extremely helpful staff. We have ordered a bed that we hope will be just perfect and we have the added security that if this doesnt suit us we can change to another one! What's not to like.

Visited the Southport store. Glenn did enough to help me make a decision then left me alone until I needed him to complete the sale. A welcome change from overbearing sales staff.

Helpful and informative sales advisor, answered all our questions. We did not feel pressured and were given plenty of time and space to make our choice after trying several mattresses. Felt very safe with covid measures in place and were offered a bottle of water during our visit. Very impressed with our experience.

Brilliant service from the sale by Rachel and brilliant delivery from Leon and Rob. Perfect bed to match my needs. If you need a bed Dreams is the only place to go.
