The delivery men kept us up to date with arrival time, they were pleasant and everything went well, all packaging and other recycled bed taken away, it made it a stress free purchase and we were all done and dusted in just under 30 minutes .....ready for a good nights sleep

Exceptional salesman Chris in Southport explained everything and was lovely to deal with. We went into browse and came out with two beds. Delivery was also perfection. On time, pleasant and helpful.

Lovely staff and great communication re delivery.
Went in to browse, was given info and left to test beds and try mattresses. Staff were there to help. Chose a bed and mattress, staff did their best to get me a great price. The bed is great, but the staff instore made it a great experience too. Thanks to Emma and Chris @ Southport

Great service exceptional staff good value

Extremely comfortable and well the price. The delivery was on time and the delivery people were very helpful. They made every effort possible to install the new mattresses and remove and take away the old ones. Excellent service all round.

Staff is excellent

Went into Dreams in Southport just to look. Came away having picked and paid for our complete bed. Well worth a visit as Chris the salesman certainly knew about beds. If your thinking of a new bed I would highly recommend.

Purchased a bed which nearly cost £500, only to find out pieces of wood was sent damaged.

From going in the store to having the bed delivered the service was magnificent 👌 Emma in the store was very professional,polite,and spoke clearly and made it easy for me to make my decision. The delivery driver's Callum and Jake were exceptional,they contacted me 2 hours before delivery and when they arrived set about the task of putting the bed together.(very professionally may I say) and answering any questions I asked. Give yourself a pat on the back Dreams for employing such professional workers. One very happy customer 😀

The way we could try what would work best for us.

The options on offer plus the space to display them made our selection more easy, however the ability to use the website no narrow our requirements turned out to be, for peace of mind, to be extremely useful. The helpfulness of the assistant in recognising our special needs and demonstrating the different mechanisms of the adjustable beds made me confident that in the end I made the right choice. She was also very patient when I was deciding on a mattress to go with the frame chosen.

Customer service was excellent. Friendly and helpful advice. Delivery was as planned and drivers were professional, polite and speedy.
