Fitters were polite,cleaned and cleared…
Fitters were polite,cleaned and cleared all the debris away. They assembled the bed and placed the mattress in place. Very happy with the bed and experience.

Great service, Great product!
Acknowledged immediately by a sales assistant who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Once we had made our choice the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. A prompt, timely delivery and assembly was just as efficiently undertaken by two polite friendly delivery men. A great service all round. Well done Dreams!!

Used the Comfort machine
Used the Comfort machine and gave several matches, the Lady in the shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, was not pushy and listened to me, took me through several options several times until i made a decission on each item. Very friendly.

The beds we ordered were within our budget.
They were delivered at a time convenient to us.
The two man team who delivered and assembled them were very considerate and did a splendid job.
The beds are very comfortable - everything we could have wishes for.

What a dream visit…,,
From entering the store to leaving found the staff to be helpful and pleasant. Did not feel pressured into making a purchase from the store and was given the required time to look around. More stores should adopt this approach.
