6 months using Dribbble, Only to find 85% of responsive leads are Scam attempts

After about 6 months using Dribbble, here are some stats:
90% of the leads are unresponsive.
From the 10% that did actually respond:
85% were proven scam attempts. I have documentation of this. Dribbble knows.
The other 15% responded only to say that they "closed their request” or “hired someone else”. Apparently it’s an automated message the platform sends when user closes their request.
Prior to this review I contacted Dribbble multiple times to report tis situation. They simply don’t care. They answered my reports sometimes, in a very cold and uncaring way, and no effort whatsoever was made to commit to improve or to keep me as a customer.
After 6 months, paying PRO level, not a single real, genuine, responsive lead was accomplished. Complete waste of time.

Full of scammers

Customer service is completely disaster. But it's not their only problem. The site is full of scammers. It's the second time I use pro business for freelance projects, and I assure you every single 'customer' is a fraudster. I haven't come across a real customer yet. I wrote to customer service for security measures twice, but seems like they are too busy to respond back.
Disappointing and money wasting

useless , worst resize ui ever .. crppppp

useless , cant upload gifs easily .. resize wont work automatically and its messes up your designs.. dont use this piece of crp... worst UI ever .. never using it again.. basics uploads dont work properly and resolution is messy after uploading

Cannot even upload 2MB GIFs...buggy site, dead community

It took me *4 tries* and 20 minutes just to upload a 2MB GIF successfully to Dribbble.

Their systems take *over a minute* to upload a meager <3MB file, and 80% of the tries fail and returns the error "this file can't be uploaded...contact support."

When I contacted support, it took 7 days to hear back, and the response was completely useless:

"While we don't have a fix for you just yet, our full team is back and we expect this issue to be resolved by the end of this week. Please try re-uploading your shot in the coming days.."

The site has become totally unusable, Dribbble is a sorry excuse for what it used to be. There's a whole slew of other issues (onerous refund policy, impossible to unsubscribe, feeds are 95% promoted content), but now the core upload functionality doesn't even work. Don't waste your time with Dribbble.

Ottima piattaforma per cercare ispirazione per le proprie interfacce. Con una semplice ricerca si possono trovare tantissimi esempi di come progettare al meglio! Consigliato!

Refund and Communications are just THE WORST!

Dribbble's email and communication style are really misleading, unintuitive, and not very thorough. Between them telling me they didn't have a credit card on file for me, leading me to believe they couldn't process a payment (only to find out they could process a payment through PayPal) to the two line email from their customer service rep stating they were happy to resolve the issue and "find instructions on processing your refund," leading me to believe that my account had been canceled and I could process my refund when it was convenient for me (only to find out 10 days later when I had time to deal with it, that I was the one who still had to cancel my subscription) They, customer service, did not cancel my subscription on their end for me (like most companies do) AND there was a small window of time in which I could do this and still get a refund, are JUST THE WORST and terrible business.

Dribbble really should have canceled my membership and submitted a refund immediately upon "happy to resolve this for you."

BUT since they weren't actually doing that, they should have, at the VERY LEAST, noted in the email response about the SMALL window of time I had to cancel my membership and process the refund.

Now, it's been 10 days since I received the email (life gets away from people) and I am finding out that the entire cancellation was in my hands all along?!!!!

What a sneaky way to get people to fumble their cancellation and still get their money.

When they could have been upfront about the process in the resolution email.

I suck for assuming Dribbble had my best interests in mind.

Won't. Happen. Again.

Refund policy is plain bad bsuiness.

They sent me no reminder about the upcoming billing. Used the service for 3 hours and completely forgot to cancel. When I received notification that I've been charged for another month, within 30 mins I reached out to support to request a refund and they did not refund.

This is abuse. Just plain, bad business.

Paid for premium no leads barely went …

Paid for premium no leads barely went on after three four months and they changed me for a new year. Didn’t want to work with me. Honestly they sent an email but it got buried. A crappy experience with the service over all. Total disappointment, I suggest designers not waste their time on this site. No value to their service whatsoever.

complete scam, if you post a one time job ad they secretly bill you for $500 the next month. Job ads are a one time thing not a recurring thing

Paid 300$ for a job listing

Paid 300$ for a job listing, cancelled the renewal 25 days later, got a new bill for 300$ today, it renews even though the job listing was archived. Turns out we've paid for a "job spot", all we did was cancel the job listing but not the job spot
