Very positive experience after I ordered then discovered all the negative reviews. I was concerned as didn't receive an order confirmation so emailed. Got a response next day. I did have an issue with delivery but that was the courier not the company. Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any issues. She sent me a replacement product as courier had lost it. I am still waiting for response from some other companies that used same courier ( Evri)and Christmas presents were also lost. So positive experience. Thank you Lisa .

My husband made an order from this company. Payment through PayPal guest. Fortunately our bank instantly flagged it up as a potential scam! So, I was able to have the payment stopped, and the card cancelled. The bank was excellent with all of it. From the alert to the cancellation of payment. Maybe it took 20 minutes. It was quick and efficient customer service.
Now, did that stop person or persons behind the Drill battery web page? It did not stop them sending out a battery. Why, when no payment was made to them? In an honest business transaction, a business does not send out to you there valued goods till they have a payment. There is no legal contract. So why did they send it out to be delivered the day AFTER the payment had been stopped? It was delivered. It is unboxed, outside under cover. Now I was wondering what are they going to do next. Send an email demanding payment? Yes, but not straight away, two weeks later, a strange email is sent out. For us to get a refund we need to return the battery.
If you the potential customer is greedy and dishonest, another trap.
It's like the scam Amazon, Microsoft and Bank telephone calls. All they need is somebody to believe what they are saying, to REFUND money to you. It obviously profitable for the person behind the company to behave in this way.
So, if you have been in contact with this company be careful that you don't waste time and money.

Ordered Dyson replacement battery.
The new battery works for a second and a half then Dyson stops working.

Now being told that Lithium-Ion batteries don’t last if not installed within a couple months of purchased.

Like many others I should have read the reviews. You try to buy from British company and get ripped off.

Don’t waste your time or money. Ordered two replacement drill batteries, low voltage poor quality sent. Plus if you fit them to your drill, it takes three to four people to help remove them!!! Never again, Cut my losses and learnt and expensive lesson. All buyers look on here and read what we are saying

Total Scammers, if you're thinking of buying from them....don't!
My item didn't turn up, they gave me a tracking number for Deutch Post which didn't work...first alarm bell!
Then when I chased them for an update I was sent another tracking number by them for Hermes...second alarm bell...Hermes became Evri in 2022....
I entered the tracking number into Evri website and it said it wasn't a live tracking number, I again chased and was told it was because it hadn't shipped yet.
2 days later the tracking number worked...but when I added in my postcode for more details it said it wasn't recognised.
Contacted them and asked for a refund then logged complaint with PayPal.
2 weeks later I got a parcel which weighed nothing and when I opened it, it contained a rolled up piece of foam packaging, containing one rusty cell of a used battery which was even the wrong size!!
Package weighed 107g....the actual battery pack weighed 545g.
They basically sent me "something" that was tracked as PayPal said if I didn't get the battery pack by 18th May, I'd get a full refund.
Lo and behold, I got the delivery of a fart in a box on the 17th.
When I traced the Evri tracking number for what I received, it was sent 2 days before I received it.
Bunch of con merchants...DO NOT USE.
at present I'm still fighting for a full refund.

You will order a drill battery, most probably with an appropriate specification for your needs.
If you are lucky you will receive a battery case with an inferior battery cell inside the case.
Essentially you are buying expensive landfill.
DONT DO IT

Scammers! Wish I had also come here first to check this company out. Paid on March 10th by PayPal and did not receive any confirmation of the order and still waiting for product. As per everyone else, no way to contact them so guess goodbye to my cash.

It's time that a law was passed forcing companies to state where there goods are coming from and where parent company is based!

Like many othersa here I wish that I had come here first before buying what turned outr to be a defective battery that wont charge from new.
I have gone via Paypal for a refund but the seller, drill-batt-co-uk want me to send it to the USA before they will give me a refund.

Never arrived, given the run around for weeks, they said it had been delivered but cctv shows it wasn't. Wish I'd looked at reviews before ordering 😪

Ordered a battery replacement on 31st of May. I later received an email stating the battery was out of stock but I was already charged for the item. Therefore was told they would refund me. I am still waiting for the refund. I have emailed twice since requesting an update and how long the refund will be processed and I have not received any response since ! Absolutely disgusted ..

I was a bit wary from reading some reviews but pleasantly surprised. I ordered (through Paypal because of these reviews, whereas I don't normally) 2x replacement batteries for my aging 10.8v Erbauer drill and impact driver on the Tuesday afternoon and these were both delivered promptly by Friday afternoon. Batteries really well packaged, tested them straight away, both work a treat as they were already charged out of the box. Very Happy!

This is a complete scam. I ordered 2 batteries 2 months ago and all I got was PayPal receipt with the suppliers name as Tommydeal and no order confirmation or despatch. There is no response if you email them and no telephone number. PayPal will not respond as I do not have a PayPal account so basically I have been ripped off. Do NOT use this site!,

Brought a battery and they sent a different size one and was one I could have brought of Ebay for a lot less. Contacted them and they said " keep the battery, its a better battery than I ordered". I need the battery due to a weight issuse. There is no phone number to contact them and eventually they just sent my emails back unanswered. Pay Pal came to the rescue and I got my intial money back. However they did not refund the postage of sending the battery back after they said they would and I got the feeling that the return address was another new customer. In short they only sell Ebay batteries (there was an Ebay comp. slip in the one they sent) and deal with them at your peril.

I can't argue with the many less than perfect reviews, but I can report I've had a very good experience with drill-battery.co.uk
I needed new Qualcast ABP118LZ batteries for my strimmer and hedge trimmer which seem to be very hard to obtain now. I had been let down by an eBay seller who sold me batteries that proved not compatible.
I initially ordered one battery from drill-battery and received an email informing me that I would also need a different charger for their compatible battery as the Qualcast charger would not work.
I asked for just the battery to be shipped so that I could first verify it fitted, and then I would order the charger. The battery arrived fairly quickly and fitted fine so I then ordered the charger and a second battery, which were shipped very promptly.
So, good comms, good technical knowledge and good shipping.

If you can't identify a company's office on Google Maps there's probably a reason!

Just made a big mistake.
I ordered a genuine Bosch battery £34-15, and they sent me a cheap copy available on eBay for £15.
I wish that I had read the reviews before buying, they didn’t acknowledge my order, they gave a wrong tracking number, it did arrive but as said it was a cheap copy. Defiantly won’t go there again.take heed everybody, Mike Suett.

I can second all the negative reviews, poor product and they walk away from any warranty, impossible to contact.

They are not who they say they are. They are a Chinese Ebay shop called Creabest, with stock in UK. Once they have your money they really don't want to know. The batteries I bought were supposed to be 3.6Ah, but they didn't run as long as my 8-year-old 3Ah ones. Useless
But thankfully they use PayPal, so I told them and they opened a dispute.

Battery as sent illegally and fully charged, not as described and doesnt fit my drill or charger (Hilti TE 7-A). They refuse to refund my money albeit less than 14 days ago, until I return the wrong battery that they sent me so that they can inspect it "for damage first". If they find "damage" they say they will deduct 25% of my money to cover same.

An appalling company. Present the impression they are a UK based company with stock in the country. Impossible to communicate with the company regarding any issues. Do not answer emails and have no telephone contact. Claim fast delivery. My order placed on 2nd February still has not arrived as of 16th February.
