Same story - but ordered a battery at the end of June 2020 and it did not arrive. I was offered a replacement upgrade because the model I had ordered was not available but the upgrade was immediately available. I accepted that upgrade but nothing arrived. Contacted the company who said this had been delivered according to Yodel. I work from Home this never arrived!? BEWARE x 2

Ordered a battery at the end of May 2020 and it hasn't arrive. Initially I was offered a replacement upgrade because the model I had ordered was not available but the upgrade was immediately available. I accepted that upgrade but nothing arrived. Contacted the company and got a very poor response.....the item is coming from Germany and will be 8-12 days delivery. It's now 17 days since I ordered and the seller is not answering e-mails. BEWARE -

I ordered 2 x rechargeable batteries for my power tools. The images used on the web site showed original manufacturer batteries. Misleading (illegal in UK) The purchase price was cheaper but the amount was still quite high. The batteries supplied were a different make called Shentec. I complained but the company were not interested. I later found the same Shentec batteries almost half the price on 5 different web sites. Don't buy from this company!!!

On the website their batteries look like they are an identical brand replacement with identical part number. But this seller replaces your respectable brand with a 'matching' cheap version. Worse than that, even the voltage (in my case) was lower. The first I knew about this practice was when another disappointed purchaser was asked by the seller to forward me his 'wrong' battery rather than return it to the seller in the hope that I would find it good enough. He was given my address. But I didn't want his reject. Then drill-battery.co.uk wanted me to pay postage to return the battery or accept it for a lower price. Such behaviour is amateurish at best and trading malpractice at worst.

I chose this company because I wanted to be sure I bought a reliable replacement for a Dyson battery. From the website it appears to be a large company. However the battery arrived from a company with a different name in obviously home made packaging. The battery casing has scratches on it, there is no make and no information. Additionally the battery was more expensive than many others. I would suggest google good battery makes and search specifically for that make.

Thanks everyone....it arrived today.....have charged the Dewalt DE9074 battery and running as we speak...great service......hopefully we will do more business.....I may get another battery.
