No Updates. No Tracking
Ordered a personalised banner on 22nd April and paid extra for Royal Mail 24, expecting a prompt turnaround. It’s now 27/04 and there have been no updates at all and no delivery. The party has already passed, making the order pointless.
The delivery section stated 1–2 days for printing, but there has been no communication about delays, no dispatch confirmation, and no way to track progress. Very disappointing service, especially after paying for faster postage.
Would not recommend based on this experience.
Suitcase falling to pieces after one…
Suitcase falling to pieces after one trip on a short haul flight. The casing around the zip has split. Been in touch with customer services and they are not interested. £150 for a case that has fell apart on its first outing had to purchase a strap to hold it together at the airport please think twice before you buy a suitcase from this company as you are throwing your money down the drain. I have footage of the damage which I will be forwarding onto the relevant authorities to claim compensation.
Appalling quality luggage
Bought a suitcase which took ages for them to send , had to contact them twice . On the very first use the case cracked and we cannot use it again lost £150 . We contacted them and were basically told not their problem. We understand luggage gets damaged but we travel a lot and have never had a case cracked on the first use the quality is appalling. Please take note of this review as I promise you will be wasting your money .

Super service
Ordered balloons, banners and wrapping paper for my wife’s 40th. I was worried the balloons would deflate as I ordered them quite early before the birthday.
After messaging Henry he put me at ease and organised for the wrapping paper and banner to arrive as predicted and the balloons to arrive the morning before the birthday and happily to report everything went exactly to plan. Would definitely use and recommend these again.
Wonderful company with some super helpful staff.

Placed an order Friday with 24 hour tracked delivery and it still hasn’t arrived. Tried contacting the company on numerous occasions and still haven’t had a reply. Scam company - avoid.

Awful. Ordered a case for my daughter’s phone. Website says delivery within 2-3 days. Five days later and no case. Have emailed twice with no answer. Have now asked to cancel order and get a refund as case was intended as a birthday present which has now been and gone so is useless to me now as I had to get another from a more reliable source.

Where to begin I was searching for a company that could create me custom made scream themed mixed horror birthday wrapping paper an by God did this company deliver price and quality was next to no the delivery was spot on too I will definitely be back to buy lots more from this company actually so pleased with my partners birthday paper. 100% reccomend, ❤️

Techincal Issues but good Customer Service
I ordered a phone case, it took a while to dispatch (this was before Xmas) and there were some technical issues with my order so the first one turned up with an error on it. It took a while to get resolved but Henry dealing with the problem really perservered and got this sorted for me so I eventually got a replacement sent out. My sister who the case was for loved it.

Don't order for special occasions!
Terrible service (well, it would be terrible if they gave any customer service!)
Ordered for a very special occasion. Said delivery 2-3 days. 10 days later and no acknowledgement of my emails, Instagram message or online chat and the order certainly hasn't been sent.
I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money and time.

Don’t trust the Delivery time?
Well first I went on the website found what I wanted uploaded the photo added the name & great went really Wellbutrin i May have misread it but it said order within the next 14 hours for delivery on the first Jan
“Great”my granddaughters 1st B/day was 3rd Jan
But No?1st 2nd 3rd 4th finally it came on the 5th by this time the b/day had gone what was the use of the paper now?
So very disappointed? It did come by Royal Mail so I don’t suppose nothing is 👌

Very poor communication
I ordered some personalised wrapping paper. Unfortunately the wrong delivery address was on the order when I used Google Pay. I immediately emailed them back and advised of the new address. I got an automated email to say I'd hear back in 1-2 working days. This didn't happen. I also tried the online chat and got no response. Really poor service and I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication options i.e. no telephone number and very poor online options e.g. making changes to an order in your online account.

Complete scammer
Complete scammer, I ordered a phone case for a Christmas present said it would arrive 2-3 working days, I ordered on the 5/12 two weeks later hasn't arrived, I emailed them with a response saying they are updated on orders and running behind, I asked if they could send asap and could they guarantee delivery for Christmas the response was yes we can, Christmas has been and gone and still hasn't received my phone case, I've emailed but they have gosted me, don't not use this company!

This is the 2nd time I have used this…
This is the 2nd time I have used this company for my personalised phone cover. I absolutely love my covers. The delivery did take a while but I love my cover so worth it. My 1st cover I had for over a year & just wear & tear made me need a new one. Really pleased with it. Will buy again.
