The style and clothing pieces have gotten so much better. However the prices for the items are way overpriced. Go back to more affordable pricing!!

The in-store shopping experience is much better because we can actually try the clothing on. When purchasing items of the same style but different color they don't seem to all fit the same. The return process is easy.
An issue is that you create a certain style and color of clothing but only have a couple of options and they don't match for example the Java Brown pants do not have a matching blazer to go along with them in the Ana cinched blazer which I wish there was a Java Brown please create that also the halter sculpt plunge does not come in sea salt cream so it's hard to make things match also the pebblestone striped leg pants do not have a matching blazer color if you had more options and more matching things this would be much better for the customer experience especially if they were all so offered in the store so there's more options. I find that the size is sell out much too quickly online and that's also frustrating.

The employees were not very helpful. No one ever greets me when I visit this location.

I ordered some stuff from this brand 3 years ago and it got shipped after 10 buisness days and after 3 years I ordered clothes from them again which is my fault 🤦‍♀️ it’s been 7 buisness days and I am still waiting for the parcel.

The woman that served me at the counter was very rude. She never said hello, please thank you, nothing. She seemed very impatient when I was retrieving my gift card. She was very abrupt, almost angry like. Should not be serving the public!!!

la fille à la caisse avait aucun sourire. il y avait une erreur sur le prix de ma jupe et c’est comme si je la dérangeais en lui disant de changer le prix pour celui affiché. j’avais également un 5$ de rabais pour ma fête et elle disait que le système lui permettait pas de mettre le rabais car elle avait déjà changé le prix. je lui ai alors proposé une alternative pour que peut-être son système lui permette de l’appliquer, et je me suis fait repondre comme si j’étais une imbecile. vraiment service client à revoir. Toutefois Ash, la fille qui m’a aidé à trouver mes articles était super. Mais l’autre, oufff… ça donne pas envie de revenir à se faire répondre

Everyone was so helpful

L’avis présent est basé sur mon expérience à la boutique des Promenades St-Bruno. J’y suis allée à deux reprises dernièrement et ai été accueillie par le personnel avec courtoisie et gentillesse, prêt à répondre à mes questions et à aider. Une belle expérience qui m’incite à continuer à magasiner à cette succursale.

I ordered clothes for an event. 6 days ago I got an email that the package has shipped. As per their policy, it should have been here lastest 2 days ago. On the tracking site, it hasn't even moved. I reached out to support (Seif E), they said the order hasn't even been picked up from their office yet. Then I asked why then has it said shipped for about a week? Seif decided the genius thing to do was to gaslight me on the meaning of "shipped". Apparently, shipped is aCtUaLly when a label is created by a shipping company for an imaginary package they hadn't picked up in a week. So shipped doesn't mean shipped, words don't mean words, no no, it's all vibes and mental gymnastics until it comes to their refund/exchange policy then they suddenly become a stickler for details.

I still haven't gotten my package till today. Just avoid this company.

I love dynamite and the clothing. Great quality. There was a worker in the store who was very helpful and offered to get a changing room going for my while I selected more clothes.

I had about 3+ items on the counter that I was going to buy… and the manager stated that no one else was allowed in the change room. Eventually she said that I could quickly try the shirt I wanted to. They closed at 6pm and it was like 5:54pm. I get people want to get home, but the works were SO pleasant and it was the manager who made me feel so rushed and unwanted just by her demeanour and tone. Pretty surprising she is in customer service. I spent about $300 and would’ve probably added an additional dress I had tried but felt so flustered. She was so impatient and rude. Promote the other young worker. It seemed as if being in the store was the last place she would ever want to be. Find a new job NOT in customer service if that’s the case.

En boutique , j’ai été super bien servie . Je n’ai rien à dire de négatif . Cependant, j’ai acheté une jupe short pour un événement, je l’ai portée une seule journée et elle était déjà en train de se découdre à la fin de la journée . Je trouve cela assez décevant .
