amazing engineer top workmanship
Had an amazing engineer called Rob Wells attend my property today. He has been out to do all the work here & I requested him as the 1st ever quotation he did he explained the whole job & left a brochure for me he was very professional friendly polite clean tidy & had uniform on that clearly showed the company so you knew he worked for them.
He was very considerate of my children who have additional needs & my children felt comfortable around him.
Any jobs or quotes I need doing I will definitely request Rob as his work is of such high standard & he does a thorough job. I don’t mind if I have to wait a week or 2 for availability with him & for him to be in the area as the job gets done to such a high standard. Dyno rod you are great & your engineer is top quality with such great workmanship thank you so much it really is a piece of mind for me

Kitchen Tap
I had noisy pipes and a dripping kitchen tap. The man turned up and said that the problem was I needed a new tap because he was unable to change the valve inside the tap. He had a lot of problems trying to get the old tap off and ended up drilling through the base of the tap just to get it off.
He showed me what taps he had on his van and I chose a very nice one. The easy part was fitting the new tap and it looks lovely in my kitchen. He cleaned up any mess that he left behind and was very polite and kept me informed of what he was doing. I am very pleased with his workmanship. He said to me before leaving in all these years as a plumber that my kitchen tap was the hardest he's ever had to remove. The company clearly sent their man to solve the problem.

Had the Dyno find a leak guy around .
He found the leak and fixed it within 30 mins , a leak in the hot water pipe that had been costing me Hundreds if not Thousand of pounds . Haven’t had the final bill from my supplier yet .

Going above what was expected
My problem seemed to be drains but the engineers examined everywhere and didn't just leave it at drains. They went over and above to help me. Fantastic service, highly recommended

Terrible service for D&G
Currently at the end of our 3rd day waiting in for Dyno-rod to turn up for our boiler pipe problem. We have been palmed off many times over the last few days, spent hours on the phone and have even been told by a linked company that Dyno-rod say have tried calling us with no reply.
Terrible service.

Excellent service
Had a leaking sink in kitchen, Dyno-Rod attended next day. Work was carried out professionally and quickly rectifying the problem. Plumber was was friendly and explained the problems, giving info on how to avoid problems in future. Good service!

Anton did an amazing job
Anton did an amazing job. It turned out to be very complex job locating the drain blockage with many drain covers needing lifting. He went above and beyond to sort out and we were very happy.

Stuart dealt with a horrendous backed up toilet blockage, not giving up, until it was cleared. I can't thank him and Dyno-Rod enough. Won't hesitate to call Dyno-Rod out again if I should need to.

Concerned about blockage but solved in a matter of hours 😊
We noticed the drain on our drive was blocked this morning, agitated by the heavy rain overnight. We called Dynorod and they booked in an appointment for Wednesday. An hour later, we got a call to say they could come today. Stuart turned up and efficiently identified the problem and unblocked the drain.

Two senior engineers Sam & Fred came to what we thought was to dig the garden up and fix some waste pipes but after further investigation they found the issues to be a build up of limescale that was causing the problems. Within around 40mins they had found the issue dealt with the issue and explained everything they found what they were going to do etc. They saved us a lot of money and mess and were so efficient and respectful. They are a credit to your company and I would highly recommend them.
