Prompt, professional and thorough serice
Booking was quick and thorough. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and polite, knew exactly what to do and put our minds at ease.
20 minutes later everything clean and cleared. Told us who to contact should it happen again as blockage area he cleard was some way further down the line.

Reason for 5 stars rating
I was booked today between 8:00-13:00. I didn’t expected for the engineer [ Mark] to arrived at 8 am which I was so pleased. It didn’t take him long to sort out my clogged drain. That’s the reason I’m given them a 5 stars rating and I can highly recommend this company. Very friendly and polite personnel as well.

Called dyno-rod regarding a drain blockage, the guy came and unblocked the drain and told me the fault was due to a different house.

Service was fast and effective
Service was fast and effective. Our insurers apparently could not find a service provider to assist us and told is to source one ourselves and claim the money back. We explained to Dyno Rod that we would need an invoice on headed paper identifying how much it had cost us. 5 days later we had to chase up an invoice as it had not been provided and there was no apparent evidence that it was in process. It took the lady 5 minutes to provide one.This has resulted in further delay before we can be refunded. Had this failure had not occured I would have scored them top marks.
