2 call out fees because they didn’t have the right camera on the van
After telling Dynorod the problem of one of our toilets not flushing properly, they sent out an engineer.
The engineer didn’t have all the equipment needed to diagnose the problem, only the big camera, not the one that goes down the toilet. The problem I told them on the phone we had. So another engineer with another fee has had to be booked. Let’s see if they can actually diagnose the problem.

Phoned a.m. as water was on the toilet floor. Engineer arrived promptly, found out the cause, fixed it and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. First class service and a really nice guy who did the work.

Good job well done.
The operator arrived within specified timeframes and was polite and professional. The job was carried out successfully and in a timely fashion. The operator left a clean and tidy site. Only small criticism is the booking staff provided incorrect information on the service and appear to need more knowledge.

Very transparent on pricing. Consulted on the telephone with a customer services assistant who booked us in swiftly. Engineer was fast to unblock the pipes and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy, good service.

Blocked Soak-away - Quick, Efficient and Effective Fix
Rang in the morning to get a quote and book a call out.
Emphasized that it was not an emergency, but got a booking same day.
Was advised when the engineer would arrive, and he called to let me know he was on the way.
Engineer was friendly, polite and enthusiastic about his job, and explained what he was doing.
Cleared the problem which was caused by roots, which were not easy to remove.
Engineer left everything clean and tidy and the associated invoice was what was quoted.

Drainage from our kitchen sink is, it seem, far from standard plumbing. The engineers were extremely thorough in identifying and then resolving what turned out to be a knotty problem. Really appreciate their diligent and thorough approach.

We had a really great experience today
We had a really great experience today. We made the call that we had a blocked pipe and worried about the cost with it being a Saturday but it needed to get sorted. Within two hours of making the call we had a very nice plumber come and repair the blocked drain, give us some advice and for a flat fee of £235 it was all sorted.
The man that came was very friendly, tidy and also gave us some great advice too.
Would highly recommend.

Dan turned up and got stuck in to a blocked waste pipe, my plumber couldn't sort as a tenant blocked with food fats. Can't tell you how relieved I was after he completely unblocked the pipe as had new tenants arriving in two days time. The whole process including booking and setting times from start to finish was professional and politely done cant recommend Dyno-Rod enough... thank you thank you thank you
