Ordered carpet for fitting advised the company that was off on holiday specifically for their carpet fitting and was available from 2nd to 4th of November rang twice to confirm note placed on account. Got a fitting date of 6th. Rang and told could cancel but would not receive any monies already paid and then told it was just advisory recommendation. Much better off going to a local carpet shop and choosing your date than hoping this company can get it right.Would not recommend unless you were not in work as cannot accommodate you otherwise.

Very good company very fast with fitting

Ive had easipay carpets do my bedroom, hallway and stairs, kitchen, living room and now my hallway and i cant fault them, affordable payments, communication is great and the fitters are lovley and respectful. Never had a fault.

I have had a really good experience with easycarpets they were very welcoming the went through every detail with me they were amazing iam so happy and made up with my flooring they have done amazing job i will be putting more orders in thank you so much

Lovely carpets but service and reliability is questionable, had to arrange fitting for 2 carpets on 2 separate days and had issues both times, first time they brought the wrong carpet, this time I'm told my carpet hasn't arrived in the warehouse, despite arranging fitting over a month ago, I will not be using again and most definitely would not recommend

Had my whole house done by easipay carpets and there fantastic the fitters are lovely flooring is brilliant
