I had a fitting date so ive asked my family members to come and help empty my sons bedroom so it was all ready. I was waiting allday for the lad to show up. Communication was none existent all throughout the day so around 5pm I got intouch with the managers for them to contact fitter and still no communication until 8pm when the fitter finally arrived. I was fuming and had a little boy who's autistic who was waiting to go to bed

The fitters was very quick and efficient and left the space spotless

Fantastic quality carpet fitted by Scott and his colleague yesterday on my stairs and landing, excellent workmanship by both guys,extremely happy with the result,no problems setting up the payment plan. Highly recommend this company.

Can't fault the company, from the measuring to fitting was spot on, it only took him about 15 mins to fit and I'm so in love with the flooring. the team on FB also need a raise they reply straight away.

Issues after issues I will never use this company again I will not be telling anyone else to use this company the communication between each other on this company is beyond poor its took me from about 2 months to finally have my flooring fitted issues with the measurements not done right issues with the guy didnt bother to check to see if the laminate will fit under the door then more issues with when the guy that laid the vinyl would come bk to finish the rest just terrible never again its took absolutely weeks for this job to be finished all it was is the landing
