Stay away from this company. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER! They will try to send you an invoice from many years ago after you place a new order online. Even if you have already paid for the item from 2019, they will tell you that you still owe them money. It doesn't make sense because, before you complete the purchasing process online, you have to pay for the items before you get through the checkout process and payment is required before they ship them. Now they're saying I owe them money from 2019! BUYERS BEWARE! This is a SHADY business! Stay away!

I ordered their mini metal saw on 11/10/2022 for a project I am working on. It arrived with a defective blade guard. I have contacted Eastwood 3 times concerning this and all I receive is an email indicating "someone will contact me shortly". The saw actually seems to be well made but mine is not usable and dangerous. I am very displeased with their customer service and will not be using them again for my restoration project.

This is a follow up on the above review. After leaving negative reviews on three sites I received a response and return shipping label the same day. Coincidence? I don't know. The item was promptly replaced and seems to be of good quality although I have had an opportunity to use it.

Purchased a bench top metal cutting saw from them two years ago. Unit has light use and less than 10 hours today cutting time.
Went to use and it was making a rattling noise and the blade drive wheel wouldn't move.
Emailed customer support and after several back and forth emails basically told tough luck, out of warranty.
No repair parts available, no parts lists so I can try and find parts. So, $400 down the drain for this.
Buy at your own risk, no more purchases from them.

My order arrived promptly, and it was the correct item. The price was also reasonable.

I recently purchased several metal fab and finishing products. All arrived in good condition. I appreciate being able to find all of the innovative products Eastwood has in a one stop shop. If I were to have one complaint, it would be that too many of the products are manufactured in China. I would pay more if the products were made in the US or more trade friendly countries.

The products were fine as always, however the packing was substandard.

Ordered 1 gal of Featherfill G2. Product was shipped and received promptly. However packaging for shipment was inadequate, received with liquid catalyst contents leaking and soaking through to the outside of box. All contents inside the box contaminated and dripping wet with spilled catalyst. Gallon can of product dented. Cannot tell yet whether the product will be usable due to need for chemical spill cleanup.

Follow-up 11/10/2022:
After below response from Eastwood I reached out to their customer support to request a replacement of the damaged portion of the product. I received no acknowledgement until 10 days later, at which time I was told that the product didn't include catalyst (activator). A quick read of the product web page says that it is included. So they don't understand the product or even how to use their own web page.

Due to the long delay I gave up on Eastwood and purchased the replacement catalyst locally. So my rating stands - poor packaging for shipment and now customer service as well.

I needed spray wheel wells on my trailer.
I use this exact undercoating spray on my GMC back wells and it's still holding up great. Go's a long way too. Doesn't peel or crackle like others I've seen.
Great product. Highly recommend.
Eastwood is a trusted shop too.

Where does Eastwood say that internet orders can take 7-10 business days when I paid for upgraded delivery? According to FedEx, Eastwood paid for the slowest delivery even though charging me a premium.

How much is Eastwood pocketing on delivery fees at your expense?

I spoke with customer service (Corine) she was a lot of help - she went through a lot of trouble researching my needs - Corine went a step further and is contacting the technical department to be 100% sure that I get the right products and for that I'm very grateful

Eastwood was quick to get us the band saw and we are nothing less than pleased with the piece of equipment. We have only had it for a short time but have cut literally hundreds of pieces with it-problem free.

I purchased the bumper stickers and magnets drill attachment remover to deal with some stubborn old magnets, and stickers and the drill attachment works phenomenal! I highly recommend it!
