Excellent installation of our new bath lift
The salesman was good. His installation date was a little optimistic, but when it was installed, it was done very well, with all our questions answered, the battery on charge etc. and with full operating instructions.

Installation of bath aid
2 men arrived at my house to install the bath aid they started immediately and did a marvellous job without any bother when they were finished i was taken to the bathroom and given a full demonstration and a lot of information of bathing.these men are Dean and Kieran they left the room clean and took away all the waste leaving the room in good condition

Came on time IONUT was friendly said hallo when he arrived first the other chap came about a few minutes later didn't get his name as he just grunted and went straight upstairs.After a little while my neighbour messaged me and asked if I could ask the chaps to move their van because it was parked over two spaces as I was going to ask them apparently they had finished and the chap came down I started to ask him but he just ignored me and went out my neighbour told me after he was very rude to her.IONUT was lovely would have him in my house any day he explained in very good detail nice and clear so hoping all goes well can’t wait to try it our.

Engineer was very helpful.... salesman not so much
The salesman didn't check thoroughly what kind of wall we have before putting through the order for the bath lift. Therefore, when the engineer came out to fit it, he advised that for safety reasons, he couldn't fit it to the wall.
He communicated with his office and a few days later they emailed with an alternative option, which he fitted yesterday.
It has taken three months+ for them to produce the right bath lift and fit it, even with me phoning and being put of by office staff.
If it wasn't for the engineer contacting the office again to see what was happening about the order we may still be waiting for the bath lift.

Good Experience Ordering and Fitting
Very good from beginning to installation (hoping for many years trouble-free use of the product) - can't fault the process and Martin & Stuart who fitted it were brilliant, very professional and polite and respectful, and excellent explanation about how to use it, operate it and advice about the battery charging - clear and concise.

the Bath lift, friendly and reasuring! The job was done
in less than an hour with no disruption. The Bathroom

Absolutely disgusted with this…
Absolutely disgusted with this company's mark up on a particular battery powered bath lift..
Let's say it less than £250 to buy on various different web sites and they charged more than £1000 to deliver and install. It has 4 feet suckers. Oh and to unbox it.
There's no way my elderly and frail mum would have bought this if I was aware.

Extremely competent, tidy and polite team
Today, an extremely welcoming, competent and diligent installation team came to fit my mother’s Easy2Bathe 2 bath lift.
Ionut and Dean arrived within the time frame they provided us with the day before. Both of them were pleased to be here and immediately got to work with thoroughly preparing the installation location. This included using test and measuring equipment to ensure that no electrical or water services etc. were in the way of mounting fixtures: very reassuring that all would ultimately go well with the installation.
Their work was cleanly undertaken; both working super well together. They happily answered our questions while working. Afterwards, they explained how to operate and maintain the bath-lift in clearly understood terms including giving us practical tips to ensure we get the most from the bath lift. After checking everything over they then left leaving us extremely satisfied of a job well done and the confidence that the lift will do its job for many years.
